They didn't have the size truck I wanted to rent for a couple of hour and gave me the next size. There was No price brake. The person behind the desk was new, and seemed a bit lost. He had issues with the system also. He was trying and did have me in a truck quickly after he was off the phone helping another customer. That being said, I believe I was over charged. There was no recommendations for another Uhaul location who might have the correct size or discount 樂. I use U Haul from time to time for a truck when needed. Thank you for offering service in Neenah Wisconsin.

This location is great and is usually who we use. Limited availability of larger trucks but has always been a good truck with no mechanical issues

dakota hHave the furniture pads that were ordered in the truck. Unfortunately I lost about 1 hour of my time and 2 others that were helping me move due to not having these in the truck like they should have been. I am sure it was just an over sight on someone's part but it was very frustrating and I was extremely disappointed as well.

Scott HClean up the floorboards and make sure it's got a full tank of fuel. The vehicle had less than 3/4 of a tank of fuel. The floorboards were dirty. There was crumbs from something all over in the cupholders it needed some maintenance.

John PFix your website. I tried for 45 minutes to check out the truck on it. I had to wait for the store to open to get the truck. Waisted more than 90 minutes while people were waiting for me to get it so they could start loading it. Very bad corporate online experience.
Gary TConsider back up cameras in trucks. I'm old school, so I did fine with mirrors, but with newer cars all having rear facing cameras in them, it would be especially useful in a truck like this.

KENYON HTrailer running lights did not work. When I asked the agent he said don't worry about it, the brake lights worked. I find this disregard for safety troubling.

Stacey KOverall went good. Pick up location was great to work with. Only problem was that original truck had engine light on. It ran but without knowing why it was on, preferred not to use. They did have another 20 foot truck to use so it just delayed my departure. No break-downs and side mirrors were easy to use. The air conditioning worked well as it was a very hot day. Very impressed with pick up location selection and ease of parking.

JEFF SYour self truck share serve app was complete useless. This delayed my project by 90 minutes waiting for store to open. The staff in the store was lovely, so no complaints about them. The tuck itself had a cracked side mirror and hadn't been dusted out in forever; smelled bad.

Samantha MI had to sweep out the truck I had a dish pan full of dirt. Their was sticky soda around the inside cab which should be stairlized after each use for covid. The dolly was missing. When I told them about my concerns they had NO reaction
