It'll be nice if the person that rents the vehicle do a walk with you to review the condition of the vehicle before or after the retuning the keys. When I have the truck the floor board was sandy and some small pieces of trash in the cabin, yes the truck was full of gas and we stop to fill the tank and explained the person at the desk but he didn't bother to check the vehicle when I turned the keys, I ask if anything else and he said to me that I will get a text message from U-Haul and that was it.

The owner of this place was very helpful and recommended the vehicle we needed for what we were moving. It worked out beautifully and would definitely recommend anyone to use them for their moving needs.

The driver door wasn't fully shut, so the seat was wet, the door was also wet, and the handle had so much water in it, when I shut the door each Time, it splashed up on me. It was nasty

Barbara SI was charged an extra day, for 3 gallons of fuel, both of which are wrong, they said they cab do nothing about it, Corporate said they can do nothing, area manager mever got back to me. Expecting me to get thetruck bach with the fuel line exactly where it was is almost impossible. The truck computer indicated 267 miles to empty when i picked up, i wated 1/2 an hour trying to get the computer back to 270 miles to empty, when i turned the truck in the computer displayed 270 mile to empty at the fuel station, 266 at the drop point, on a slight angle when parked. I was charge for 3 gallons ?????? Plis 2 days extra, i had it one day extra and was told 40, not 80 ???? Thanks James Kernaghan 352-421-1143

William BDropped equiptment off at 9 am and there was no one there. Supposed to open at 8. Truck had issues. ABS and traction control lights kept coming on. Every time I stopped warning displayed "hill assist not available " Morning of the return air conditioning wasn't working. Was going to inform someone at return location but again....no one there.

Eduardo MS-hooks were bent closed. Employee fixed one, didn't fix the other. Tried to return it after hours but couldn't get the s hook off so had to drive around town with the trailer attached. Came back the next morning at 0700, stated opening hour on your website but they were closed, opening at 8. Had to spend 10 minutes with a rock to bang the hook off . Employee did not check lights.

Jenna KMy drop off location was clean and organized. It was closed when I got there so I dropped off my trailer and called and left them a message. The next morning a nice lady on the phone spoke with me and said that they received my trailer and the hand truck/dolly and everything was checked in. They were very efficient. Thank you! I would highly recommend them.

Chris SWhen picking up, I was told I needed to return equipment by 6pm. I returned the equipment at 2pm, the return location was closing and told me where to park it and that they'd check it in on Monday however I was charged for an additional day unnecessarily.

kimberly RThe lot seems a bit sketchy... with two vehicles stripped of parts ...I was so hesitant to leave my vehicle there but had no option...but every was good with the truck and very easy to retrieve the key...maybe a sign showing that keys are in the front of the building ...again was very dark and scary especially for a female picking up a truck by herself at night ...had to walk around looking for the box...
Maria LOn the website said $42 due at pick up, somehow ended up paying a $100 at the location, I specified no insurance coverage in the website and the lady charged me $14 for insurance, not sure if she mentioned it but why are you going to insist to add extras?

Todd MU-Haul is a great value to use if you are able to move yourself. The trailers pull quite easily however, when returning a larger trailer like a 6x12 I feel that if U-Haul wants you to return it after hours on your own, U-Haul should add a hand crank trailer jack. The trail tounge is very heavy to take off!

TRACY LI made a reservation for a cargo van but didn't receive that. They said because my DL didn't have a local address, I had to get a bigger vehicle and had to pay 0,1c more per mile and more gas. I didn't agree to that when making my reservation, so I did not like that and because of that will not refer anyone to uhaul.
