frank bKuna caves was very neat, customer service was above and beyond. Little bonus they sell handmade candles and scents at the kuna caves location so the smell is wonderful when picking up a U-Haul.

diana bThe truck I rented smelled heavily of cigarettes smoke to where I was choking. Putting the windows down helped somewhat but as soon as you stop it initially get in after a break from driving, it was bad. I have a strong allergy to tobacco, I didn't think it would matter. All I drove was to my house, then to a heavy equipment rental place and back home twice, one to rent and one to return. Then I drove it back to the storage place to drop it off. As soon as I got home, I got really sick, still sick, like an allergic reaction. It started right after dropping the heavy equipment back off and on my way back home. Within 30 minutes of getting home after returning the truck it hit me like a brick wall. My nose won't stop running, I have a constant headache, my voice is raspy, dry throat, lungs feel tight to where I can't take a deep breathe without coughing, my stomach hurts, fatigue, etc. I don't mind the location but there needs to be a warning about the steering smell of cigarettes for everybody who is looking to rent that truck. For those who don't smoke, they shouldn't rent it. Whoever rented it before me ruined it because you'll never get that smell completely out and the truck only has 8K miles, and the antenna was missing. I didn't notice at first because I rented it at midnight but it's gone. You can still pick up some stations here and there.
Tristan RI did an after hours drop off. I don't know if the uhaul app wasn't working or if there was a poor signal, but it took an hour to fulfill all the requirements for the after hours return. Don't advertise that it will be 15 minutes when it isn't.

Thomas DThe staff at Kuna Caves have to be the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. The reservation was easy, and I have to make a few changes and they were happy to adjust as needed. I was a little late in picking up the trailer and they called to make sure I was still coming and would stay a little late if needed to meet my needs. Customer service at it's best.

Brenda OI had to rent a pickup truck on multiple days and a trailor for a one way trip. The guys there made the rental process easy and helpful. I would give my recommendation. I also think the facility that I returned the trailor to was a easy process.
