The online reservation system is a bit finicky - made some assumptions. The pick up location helped me greatly with making the corrections.

Service person I called at this location was very pleasant and helped me with my questions for after hour drop off. Had to find my own spot for trailer drop-off and place large rocks on wheels to keep trailer from rolling away. Overall experience was good however.

Such a great experience and Noblesville is lucky to have such a warm and friendly location. My first experience here and it will not be my last. I will definitely be sharing my experience with my friends.

Steven AI was charged an extremely day when the trailer was at the assigned location before the time set. Then when I called about the over charge the lady said I would get a refund. Right after the call was finished I got an email saying I would get less than the overcharge. I'm NOT a happy camper. I doubt anyone will read this but if you do please fix this problem. Tom KPlease check and double check the request for insurance box. I very clearly said I did NOT want insurance, but I was charged for it. Shame on me for not checking the contract before leaving the premises. Other than that, all was fine. Friendly staff, quick and easy process.
Bob BWe were told the incorrect closing time for this place, so when I pulled up the owner the (male) was very angry, rude and disrespectful. The only words he said to me was, didn't you look at our website to see what time we close. And not another word from him.
