The truck was not at location and neither was operator so I had to walk store to store to try and find the operator of location and the operator showed up with my truck and then over charged me for my rental

I will start out by saying our truck bed was extremely clean, which we very much appreciated. However, we were not given all the equipment we had ordered, even though we had called days prior to confirm everything. Not having the proper equipment made our move much more difficult than it had to be. Additionally, when we called to activate our truck through the 24/7 truck share service, the lady who spoke to us was neither nice nor extremely helpful and it felt like she just wanted to get off of the phone with us. Finally, when we called customer service to make them aware we did not get all our equipment, there was no apology, nor did they offer a solution of how the error could be rectified. Overall, my husband and I were very disappointed in this experience.

I was unsure of where to park the truck exactly. There was a truck parked on the curb, but I'm sure that was illegal. The lot where the office trailer was located was in extreme disrepair.

I chose a different location, different size truck somehow Uhaul switched to this pick up location, at time of pick up there was no one there. I had to wait minutes for the gentleman to arrive. Somehow I got a 15' even though i requested a 20'.

This place is hardly labeled and is basically a mud lot on the side of the road. We were called the next week--TWICE--saying that there was no record of us dropping off the vehicle, even though we had dropped it off a day before it was due back. In addition, no one ever contacted us again to let us know the issue was resolved and we didn't know until we were sent a survey for our experience. This was so stressful; we were worried we had dropped it off at the wrong place even though it was the address the people in Rhode Island gave us. That location also was NOT the one I had chosen online because it took me 25 minutes to get there, and there was another location 9 minutes away from where we were moving.

Worst uhaul experience ever. Schedule auto trailer for 830am end up getting it at 1040 and worst yet the trailer hitch was badly bent and damaged, I discovered upon performing close inspection at home. Do yourself a favor. Stay away!!! The staff just want a quick buck. It's a shame

Aside from the location, the moving help I hired through U-Haul did not show up as scheduled. Their phone number went straight to voicemail and I never got a response from them. I attempted to reschedule with other companies, none of which worked out. I am extremely disappointed with this service and will not be using U-Haul movers again. P

Hold the reservation!! I was not booked for this location. And was still charged additionally for nonsense. That should have been waved after my reservation was changed twice.

Drop off was hard to park because they were filled with U-Hauls. We dropped off two hours before they closed, but no one was around. We were charged for another day because of using the drop box.

UHaul's practices are terrible. I ordered a truck on line for one location and pickup was changed twice with NO alert or email about the second pickup location. It was some 40 miles from my house and no one was picking up their phones at the 1 800 number. The local people handling uhaul were polite and helpful but the main number and process was terrible. Hope i do not have to use again for a very long time

Passed by it easily. There wasn’t anyone there to help. There was a sign but it had a wrong number on it. Also, there was no official drop box there. Used the mailbox to drop off the key.

I was double charged! I had a 26inch for exactly 6 hours and paid 234.00. Contract#22439008. I want that investigated. I swear I will this is wrong. Please explain.
