As a former Uhaul pick up and drop off site manager. These employees are poorly trained. My online reservation was not honored due to the equipment not being available after promised on the website booking. My in store booking was in correct and I had to call customer service to have my contract fixed. This experience has made me decide to use Penske for all future moving needs.

This local dealer really did nothing for me except hand me the keys to the new truck that movers were going to repack all my possessions on. This truck only had 7000 miles and is the kind of truck I should have been given in Colorado for my across country move. Again, not going to utilize Uhaul again!!!

Drove around for almost an hour following the directions from uhaul stopped and asked a policeman and two different convenience stores and even they couldn't figure out where this was.

it up he was telling me he had in the computer a different uhaul and I showed him all the information and he still could not figure it out telling me I was wrong so I had to wait on the inside and call uhaul get someone on the line to speak to him about the trailer I rented and make him understand and then I got the trailer after a extra 35 minute wait time. Also one of the tail lights were out and he said he could not fix it and we could call uhaul but he did not have another cargo tralier in the size for e to rent so I would have to take it. So we took it and I wasted almost a hour there because they had no idea what to do or how to rent things

The truck was not serviced or cleaned after the previous customer. The truck was locked with two locks. One was a combination lock that no one knew the code for. The attendant told me that it wasn’t his problem.

When a customer reserves a truck and goes through that process and even creates an account to do the 24/7 pickup and shows up to pick the truck up and has sat there an hour on the phone to find out that the vehicle it’s not even there cause it’s been given to someone else. That is poor service on u haul. make sure the truck is there. and then on top of that I got down sized on the truck I picked up, from the truck I reserved. I would like a discount or some compensation for the inconvenience.

Fix the website to match what the guy at the pick up location had to do. When i arrived it took forever to receive the car dolly. I had to answer the same questions about 4 times.

The furniture dolly that I order and paid for was not in the truck, the gentleman at this location was not helpful, over charge me for gas I put back in and a dolly I did not receive, I would not recommend this location.
