Don't ask so many repeated questions. He asked me 6 times if everything went OK. Then seemed reluctant to sign his name on my paperwork indicating that I returned the trailer on time.

Noone around to know what to do. Cell service poor in area to do full checkout quickly.

This is simply a drop-off or pick-up location that is attached to a motel. Uhaul's website refers to a Kwik Stop but there is nothing there named Kwik Stop and the drop box for the keys are attached to a motel which is not named Kwik Stop. Uhaul needs to update their website for this location.

When I arrived there was a trailer attached to my 15 ft truck and I hadn't rented a trailer. The truck and trailer was not backed in to its slot. I spent 40 minutes checking in and getting the trailer off of the truck and the truck out of its slot. 4 foot weeds were in front of the truck. Not happy that what I ordered was not ready for me and that I had to detach a trailer because the previous person or this location didn't have it ready for me! Felt like I should be reimbursed for doing someone else's job by having a truck pulled in backwards and personally having to take the trailer off of the truck that I didn't order.

This company ripped me off charged me $129 then didn't give my deposit because the store never reported that the truck was turned in!! Then after they got ahold of store uhaul took $77 out of my account for gas!! The store tried to help me get my money back but this uhaul company refused to give it back I will never use another uhaul again they're crooks!
