The drop off location was closed when we got there. The deposit container for the paperwork was around the corner from the office in some area of bushes. We did not meet any of the personnel, nor did we enter the premises.

Mike MitchellI rented 10 ft box truck, run 26 miles on highway, was charged 8,2 gallon gas. Horrible! The rental is Not only for the truck, but also charge $1,59 per mile . Unaffordable!

Very Unprofessional and lazy lady receptionist didnt even offer to do walkthrough before or after rental she assumed We were using the Online/App check in/out! I wanted to be sure I got charged accordingly and didnt get overcharged or blamed for existing damages/issues! This place is very Ghetto and Unprofessional. Terrible Customer Service!
Paul TaylorThe unit I rented was not clean upon pickup, and smelled of cigarettes, which the attendant confirmed when I returned he. There were also random bits of trash, both in the bed, as well as the cab. When I returned the unit, I was told that I would be charged a cleaning fee of $25 due to the dirt on the floor of the driver side, even though the unit was not cleaned when I picked it up. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I recieved, as well as the lack of your online check out process, that was not working when I picked up the unit.
