Needed a truck quickly on short notice on a Sunday to pick up a sectional couch, and went here because they were close to where the pickup was. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice. Small mom and pop shop. We were met there by a family member who took our order and payment and got us going quickly. 2 hours later, she was kind enough to meet us there to do the return and finalize everything when I had trouble with the U-haul app. Great experience, would go out of my way to rent there again. The gentleman came on site right away when we called to report issues checking in. He helped us get on the road and was very responsive to all our needs. The truck was spotless and the rented equipment was exactly how we needed it to be. Once again, the APP is useless.
Donnette BUhaul could fix their computer software so it works faster for the owner. There is a long delay when submitting the drivers license. The owner was very pleasant and has excellent customer service. I will be recommending them to my friends and family!!!

Todd H2nd time we used this uhaul dealership. Pick up was a hot mess. Dealer has a phone number no one ever answers. When they call back cell quality is poor. On site customer service is Jon existence. Any issues, told to call cell number which does not respond. Guy tells you his wife handles everything except handing out keys. Except she doesn't answer phone ever or call back. Truck was not filled and the last time when it wasn't filled. We filled exactly to how we received it and they charged us an extra 50 bucks. We had a reservation booked in advance. They refused to give us a truck. Took 2 extra hours and 3 trips. Ridiculous.

TV CWhile the overall process was eventually very smooth, it took a long time for the checkin software to work properly. And then there was a holdup due to an outstanding MILEAGE charge on a previous rental, which we could not figure out why it hadn't been resolved previously.

Lenita BAlways has a good selection of trucks and trailers on hand. Used this location twice this summer for a covered trailer. Loaned me a lift receiver as my drop receiver mounted the trailer a little low. Polite and friendly owner.

steven sOur GPS had a tough time locating the drop off place. It was not on Apple or Google maps. It only had an "estimated" location. We had to basically find it ourselves and due to this we had added fees at the end. Uhaul needs to do better in terms of address/directions. Your system was down as well for a period of time yesterday and this made checking out harder. Also, the added fees at the end for going 1 mile over is ridiculous. The workers were kind, helpful and easy to work with. Your policies and systems are below average.

RONALDFRANCIS BJim was very nice and very easy to deal with, we had some issues with our lights, had to have them fixed and then return, he was very accommodating. The UHaul software check-in was updated and was NOT very user friendly, so I would recommend UHaul fix that, we had to re-enter our information several times, get support on the phone, etc. The return process was no issue either, we returned a day early and again Jim was very accommodating. Thank you Jim.

Frank VAmple parking for trucks. Not a whole lot of direction unfortunately!! The locks for keys were much better at this shop. Another couple dropping their truck off reported that their suspension was not great in the their truck either.
