Calvin's place of business always has the trailer I need when I need it. He's always super busy, but always does his job with a smile. I won't go anywhere else for my U-Hail rentals.

James PI hate to don't receive the truck with no full of gas, its extremely difficult to calculate the quantity of gas do you have to refill. I know this isn't about this place, but the trucks they are old equipment with almost 100K milles and with out any technology to help to make the trip more easy and confortable, like USB connectors, cameras in the rear and side of the truck, etc.

Diane MOur reservation was not there. We ordered an open trailer with a ramp and a flat dolly to purchase a piano (3 days ahead of time). Instead we were given a closed trailer of the same size, with no ramp and no dolly either. Do you know how HARD it is to move a full size, upright piano with no wheels, while hunched over inside of a small trailer in 130 degree weather. I was so upset. I contacted uhaul for a refund or some type of compensation for their mistake, and the lady rudely told me that we got a trailer of the same size. Whatever...

Hannah WTrailer was very physically weathered, but was clean inside and pulled smoothly. TRAILER LEAKED WATER DURING HEAVY RAIN, and resulted in water soaking into a piece of furniture loaded at the front of the trailer.

John RCalvin and his team at the La Grange location offer the best & friendliest service, and the cleanest trucks & trailers. All Uhaul locations should model their business after Calvin's.
Stanton PI initially tried to rent a truck in Bastrop, Texas, but the 5 rental locations there either didn't answer their phone or didn't return phone calls. Calvin's U-haul in LaGrange provided me with the truck I needed hassle free.
dean aTurn signals didn't work. Headlights would not turn off even when the truck and lights were switched off. Engine was misfiring for the last part of the trip, which also drained the gas very quickly.
