I can't remember his name, but the gentleman there was super nice, very informative and helpful. He made the experience easy with less stress.

Michael HI think my only complaint, is that if you see a truck that you are wanting to get and it's in the lot, then you should be able to take it from the lot. Instead, you end up having to go somewhere else to pick up a truck and it can get quite confusing and add more to cost.
Joseph GI ordered utility dolly and they only had regular dollies. Still was charged for dolly I didn't use.

Jeremy HSo I rented the uhaul and thought oh I could load the truck and get it back later that night but then I get a text saying if I bought it back the next day I would be charged 20 dallors.....I get to my storage and its closed till the next morning. So I thought no big deal ill just be charged 20.00. No biggy So I get up early to unload. Went fine. Go to drop off the truck and bamb the charged me 30 more dollars plus an extra 14 something so instead of saying keep the truck for that day since I paid for it no.... they were happy to send it off to make more money. I won't go there again.

jaime aI dropped off this truck after I used it. I was told the estimated charges were to be $65.00. I went apps. 65 miles. I was charged 92! $30 more on my card that was left on file. Even with gas I felt I was over charged.

Joyce GA full cigarette was in the door handle at pick-up. Cigarette ash was present on the dash console as well. The rest of the vehicle was clean and appeared to be in functioning order. The gentleman at pick-up was respectful and helpful. He made this a positive experience!
