I rent trailers here several times a year. I think the team at Larose's has it pretty well worked out. It's always a pleasure to work with them.

Was very afraid the trucks would be gone as there were 2 people just ahead of us and I thought I saw only 2 trucks but we were fine. They even delivered the truck from out back to the front of the garage for us. Truck came with a tie down which was helpful. We brought it back after the garage was closed but that was no problem.

Lee SThe tow hitch on the trailer was bent upon pickup, causing the trailer to tow a bit off to one side. However trailer was clean and the people were friendly. Upon dropping off the trailer, when I went to try and put the trailer back where requested, there were vehicles parked along the path down and a red truck parked infront of where the trailers go. This made it more difficult than it should have been to put the trailer back. If I had been alone I probably would have just dropped the trailer infront of the truck or the shop doors instead of spending the extra time to manuver around all the vehicles and that truck.

Gail MI'm aware that things happen but driving a hour one way from the most densely populated place in Vermont to the least populated place in order to pick up a truck is off putting. The truck however was fantastic.

Karen BI paid in full before the rental, got in the truck and the tank was just about on empty. Filled up the gas tank and only used about a quarter tank. The experience was overall great. Except for over a month later and I was charged $29,9 more. Not sure why???

joseph dCalled ahead to make sure they had the equipment, when I got to the location the equipment was not ready, they only had 1 person to help do the paperwork which took over 45 minutes because she had to keep pumping gas for customers. It was raining so I had to help get the truck and trailer connected and drive it to the gas station to pick up the dolly and blankets. Every time I have rented from uhaul before the equipment was ready to go with the moving blankets and Dolly. The lady helping me was very nice and kind but they need a better system. It took way to long and the equipment should have been ready to go. Frustrated with Uhaul that they had me pick up so far from my requested location.

Stacey SThey retrieved the truck for me and then swept out the back. They did not sweep the part over the cab which I did not notice until I started to load it. It's a very convenient location and the yard is big but, a little muddy when it rains hard for a long time.

Royce TNot really happy because I reserved a truck at Cobb auto in Saint Albans vt and when I went to pick it up it wasn't available. They called around and I had to go 30 minutes out of my way to Enosburg vt to pick up a truck. And I still had to pay full price. I feel that I should have gotten some sort of discount considering it wasn't my fault.

I had to drive past my destination to pick up the truck, drive back to my house, load up and then drive back to my destination. There were apparently no other trucks available? Otherwise, an excellent experience, particularly the people staffing the location.
peter mLady gave us incorrect information. She said that our $100 deposit would be returned to us at the Milton, VT location at drop off as long as we had our paperwork with us. This was not the case. Turns out the $100 had to go back on my husband's debit card which takes 3-5 days. Other then that, it was an over all good experience. The people we dealt with were nice and polite.
CRYSTAL GHaving a clip or hook for the door to be held shut would be my only advice. On bumpy roads it tends to come undone. (twice for me)
Tiffany JThe parking lot is a mud puddle and when I drove the truck a huge deluge of water came out of the overhead lining drenching my legs. The owner now knows about the truck leak, but that driveway needs serious work. I could not find the lockbox and it was fortunate the owner was there to complete the transaction. The owner was courteous and helpful. the location needs work.

Larry HThe uhaul I reserved was not there when I went to pick it up. They let me use one much smaller than I needed( it ended up taking me three trips to move) so of course I went over the 75 mile limit... I'm now being told I'm going to be charged extra because of that too.
