had 2pm reservation. arrived at 2:10pm. no one was there. note on door "at lunch be back 2:45". I waited until 3pm before person arrived. Truck was not serviced. missing gas cap, dolly not zip tied, blankets missing. cab of truck looked OK but then i opened cup holder. Soda spilled all over it. Floor mats dirty and sticky. NEVER use this place to get equipment!Danny W.

Where do I start? I dropped off after hours and they don't have a drop off box. I sat on hold with customer service for 30 minutes and they had me drop off the keys in the drop box for the business next door! Extremely unprofessional on U-hauls end to have a location without a drop box. BUT wait there is more! I left my wallet in the U-haul. I called this location and no one answered. So I called U-haul customers service. Customer service can't get a hold of this location and recommended I drive there. Now I'm here and there is no one here to help me. The phone number online is old and needs to be updated. I can't get into the U haul and am just sitting on the heat hoping someone comes here. This U haul location is at a laundry mat. How unprofessional does it get? This was the worst experience ever and it's still goingâ€¦Payton M.

I was unable to enter information about the condition of the truck because I have no smartphone and was not given an option to complete it on paper. The interior windshield was dirty and the rear light was out on the passenger side. The customer service was outstanding. If I could have told them about these issues, I'm sure they would have taken care of them.TAUNYA P.

The assistant didn't even get off his chair when I walked in to return the unit. The manager has always been very helpful and when he showed up, he was extremely helpful.FRANCIS J.
Clean the truck before they are picked up. The truck I picked up did not look like it was cleaned in months. Dash was covered in dust. Half empty water bottle in the cab. Cargo area needed cleaned out. This truck was just nasty. I have rented a lot of trucks from uhaul and this was the worst.Brian W.

The U-Haul app took us to the wrong address and the app said it was a contact-less pickup, but that was not the case. The app would not let us proceed with the pickup and the employee inside LaBelle's had to help us and do everything on the computer. He was very kind and patient.AMANDA H.
