I really don't know everyone was great with a positive attitude best customer service I've had in a long time from the person that greeted me when I come in the door to the great lady that got me through the rental contract to the man who got me out the door after hooking on to my toe Dolly I was Renting.all was professional helpful and you could truly tell that they cared about the customer and wanted to help the customer anyway they could . Unfortunately that is very rare these days. You could truly tell they cared about their job your customer and just good old us of a workmanship it was very refreshing and I have told everybody I've seen about them and their quality of service which is superior to others and so many different ways. And a special shout out to the lady who got me through the contract doing all that stuff online I would have never gotten through it by myself or with less of an employee she went above and beyond in my book and I'm sorry I didn't get her name but thank you thank you thank you again! The world would be a lot better place if everyone took pride in their job and cared about their customers as they do and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I would go out of my way and you search Services other than anyone else's in the area for sure very much worth it. I was already stressed out from the situation I was dealing with they made their part of the situation of Breeze and even though I was calling them at the last minute they did not hesitate to serve me as to where I'd already been told by other rental places that I would have to be there an hour before close to get a tow dolly they were there until I got my needs met with no care in the world about it being closing time thanks again y'all it's people like you that are going to make America strong again.

The staff listened to what my issue was and explained how I needed to proceed and they were right. I found a resolution with their advice
joseph cWas difficult as the location was closed, the uhaul app wasn't working very well. My biggest complaint was the app, and the super long hold times on sunday when i would get transferred and no one would come on the line to help.

Received this confirmation Rental Equipment Reservation #: 89399796 Pick Up Location: Climatized Containers 2000 Leander St Georgetown, TX 78626 Date & Time: Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 3:30 PM Drop Off Location: Climatized Containers 2000 Leander St Georgetown, TX 78626 Date & Time: Sunday, June 11, 2023 at 3:30 PM Rental Period: 3 days Equipment: 15' Truck Then the day of the move THE DAY OF THE MOVE they call and tell me I can't have it for that time frame!!! Only for 24 hrs, tell me how are 2 66 year old people supposed to move a three bedroom house in 24 hrs??? What? you tell me that THE DAY OF??? Thank God I was able to get one from Labor Only Auto Repair, although it was 25 miles out they were VERY helpful. The worst part was the original location offered me no sympathy nor any kind of compensation. I had used that location more than once but NEVER AGAIN!!!
MELODY OI believe this was a Uhaul mistake. If you're using another location (not Uhaul specific), you should be informed of their hours of operation. They are closed between 11:30 &12:30. My pick up time was 12 noon. I am glad I called prior to confirm everything since they told me they'd be closed when I had planned to arrive. On a separate note, the drop off location (also another satellite location and not uhaul specific) was closed. Indefinitely. Seriously Uhaul, get it together. Information is key. As for the pickup location, the people were very nice and efficient. Location was not the easiest to find. Signage only visible from one direction. Distance quite far away from my initial requested area. Thankfully drop off ended up being much easier after I found an alternate location. Easy and simple in Glenside, PA.
