Clerk was very rude and did not attempt speak more than one or two words of English, and did not make any attempt at meaningful communication despite my confusion and patience with her dismissive and completely uninterested demeanor. After I told her I was here to pick up my rental, she said nothing and rang up several other customers that entered the store after I did. I tried to ask questions to complete my order, which were ignored as if I had said nothing. She eventually shoved a phone in my face and made me complete my order over the phone with someone else who spoke both languages. I'm not usually one to complain, but this was one of the worst customer service interactions I've ever had, and after using UHaul for a decade, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.Tyler H.
The drop off should be better if we can do it at any time, just have a box or place to put in the key so we don't have to come on working time some times we are busy at those Times so we can finish doing what we have to do then go leave truck and leave the key. Also charging customer for everyday the protection plan is to much that don't encourage people to take it.BRAHIM L.

I was sent to a location further out because the one I initially was sent to which was close to me did not have mobile pick up. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes and sent to two customer service personnel ans finally sent 9 miles always. Not a great experienceAna G.
Charged an after hours fee when truck returned before 3pm. Went to 4 different drop off locations (literally), but they were full. Dispatcher sent me here and still the location would not take truck. Was told to leave keys and truck will be returned. Then see an extra after hours fee.Myroslav Z.

I chose location as they were open later than others. The truck was in good condition and interior clean. Exterior was parked under a tree and had bird droppings all over hood and roof. Side yard where it was parked was cluttered with junk and a concrete pillar making it difficult to back out.Kenneth S.

U-Haul needs to communicate with the locations clearly. This location is a small convenience store with limited space and they had no idea I was coming to drop off my truck and trailer. It was a big inconvenience to them and it was difficult to maneuver in the very small parking area because there were already a number of other trucks there. The location is fine but U-Haul needs to do better at communicating.JESSE H.

The staff did not help attached the trailer to my vehicle. The trailer was in a grassie area near a trash dumpster and was difficult to maneuver my suv to connect the trailer. Their was no extension for the electrical hookup on the trailer or at this location. They requested I drive without the trailer safety lighting to the nearest uhaul to pickup the electrical trailer extension.MICHAEL F.

I think it was an honest mistake but the clerk thought I was picking the vehicle up tomorrow. It was dirty and I discovered when I got to my destination that the furniture pads and dolly I paid for we're not in the vehicle.Abigail T.
