A man opened the door cranky on me. Saying. I was inside the office from 8 AM.and saying I lie to the customer service since he did not see me in the surveillance camera. Which was bullshit. Since I was there with another customer outside the door. Until 8 20. The man said keeping the door is not your business. Wow. Amazing comment isn't it? Hand written paper above a small door bell. Had to be pushed. We could not find it until I get closer to 3 ft. The man said sick and tired of Rude person. Incidating me. When I complaint and say Why not putting Open light on on 8 AM. He stepped out opened the door. And pushed me go out with no paper work and signature. Never never. Experienced. This kid of disrespectful u Haul center.

Consequently, I was charged for 290 miles for a 2,5 hour rental. btw, that means I drove it at 116 MPH to put that many miles on it in that time period.... No one called me to tell me they were billing me for 260 miles more that I estimated, and my total miles were 17 miles in reality. Additionally, I have to wait for a supervisor to call me to get the issue resolved. I am extremely unhappy with the situation. I expect this situation to be resolved in a reasonable amount of time, and based on the $146 additional charged, that would be within the next two days.

Harris FleminfVery poor choice of words used to communicate with me. Extremely bad attitude with myself and customers on the phone. The truck was dirty and smelly inside the cab. Was also given a limit of 300 miles without my consent after I explained i would be making multiple stops.

Theresa BellWas not the best location. Hard to find. Sign was about 1 foot by 6 inches. The owner was very nice and it was very easy check out. The vehicle had stuff I. The back. That I cleared out. It also only had 30 miles to empty. The truck had a noise that I took a video of. It was I I pitched noise. Almost like a kazoo. It made it about 20 hours of my trip. Very unpleasant

I hope i get the 50 dollars you guys offer if i don't get what i reserved, because i lost more than 200 dollars because of this.
Tiago f l FrancoThe people were very nice but it took us an hour to get the keys to the truck. The owner/gentleman has cancer and one of his employees tried to help us. I was originally scheduled to pick up the truck somewhere else and UHAUL changed the pick up location. It seems that UHAUL didn't tell the pick up location we were coming. The truck had leaves and trash inside it. When we returned it, we made sure to sweep it out.
ROBERT KINGThe address you provide is not where you drop off the Uhaul, Map Quest tells you of your arrival on a bridge. When you contact us for drop off location, you should give additional directions. There were three buildings with Uhaul on the door.
Darlene MillerI didn't notice at the moment I picked up the car transport but when I got to my vehicle about 2 hrs later one of the ramps was secured using wire because the ramp retaining lock was broken. I'm about to be headed on a 250 mile trip and a critical safety device is broken. This is completely unacceptable and I should be given a refund due to having to stress over this. I'd like to understand what safety inspections the dealers are doing because this wire was definitely old.

Eric GriffinI was overcharged. I chose certain options online and when I got to location to pick up the truck the person that works inside redid my entire reservation and added stuff on I paid $90 to use the truck for 3hrs I was pissed.
SHAI LA'CRESHIA ROBINSONI'm not very happy with my rental ,first of all I got empty tank on this truck ,the gage light of the gas was always on after I put 10 dollars of gas, you charged my bank before I did the miles wish it was no more than 40 miles I went and you charge me 55 miles,plus I complaint about the mileage to you and you told me you were going to fix it that in an hour you were calling me back, and you never did I call you 3 hrs later and told me you were waiting for someone to called you back and never did,so I'm not really happy you really charge me alot for a couple of hrs ,and another thing you even told me to turn in the truck by one and I brought it in an 1 1/2 ,so I really think it was not fare, I think I deserve a discount ,it's Friday and still haven't heard from you,hope to hear from you soon,thank you

Tira PaceA few problems arose on my phone but Charles was able to work with me and we got it straightened out I appreciated that..... One point of interest though, I wasn't made aware of the fuel filling policy , so I had taken a picture before I left the premises when I rented it and as I believe I returned it with close to what was in the tank when I received it ....you might want to make that a little more clear to your customers , so in the future don't have a problem with it .... not that I did , it's just if you clarify that a little better in the initial rental agreement , i think would be a plus + ....when I rent a vehicle or a moving truck it's usually got a full tank and I return it full so it was kind of a little bit of a shock to me to see that it was under half a tank anyway it was all good thank you ...

During this stressful time I kept having to add days and the wonderful manager helped me through the process I still ended up being a day late and those amazing people welcomed me with a smile. Thank you guys U-Haul should give an extraordinary service award. I will never go anywhere else thanks guys

Olivia CastroI was very confused about location call Uhaul place and it was some kind of back door night club with bugs all over the walls the guy that had access to all of my information my name address phone number was not professional at all and made threats towards me because I didn't feel like the information that he was asking for was relevant to anything as I put in all required information online I do not feel that this location is safe for customers once he told me that the information I give him determines if I get the car Uhaul that we needed as this was the only available I one in the whole city. I do not feel comfortable with him now having all of my information and I do hope someone from Uhaul contacts me nor did the little boy know how to hook the trailer up to my jeep. I had to do it myself.

I would appreciate some compensation or reimbursement. It should have cost 150 in fuel but due to the faulty breaks cost over 300 for a trip to heber Arizona from my home in las vegas. Rene RolinMr. Charles at Lady Brandy's Place was very pleasant. I truly enjoyed my interaction with him. As for the truck, I was highly disappointed! The truck was extremely dirty on the inside. (I have video) The truck was raggedy and hard to drive due to the steering column being out of whack. I felt that my life was in danger the entire time I was in that truck. Please take that truck out of commission

Jeanice LylesI never received a final receipt after I was charged for items and mileage that I should have been charged for. The vehicle, when I received it was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned at all. There was garbage on the floor and in the cup holders, stuff spilled all over the dash and cup holder panel, animal hair on all the seats. It was absolutely filthy. I would not recommend this location to anyone that needed to rent from u-haul if this is how they are going to manage their business.

Elmer Williams lllThe inside had cigarette ash everywhere, and the truck was on E for gas. When I returned it, they lied about the fuel, and I wasn't reimbursed 1/4 tank of gas. I only drove 24 miles, and it cost me $60 in gas and $110 for the truck, for 1 1/2 days.

Anthony RayasThe location was great and the service from the location was superior. The equipment was in need of either retirement or heavy repair. The steering alignment was very off, requiring significant wheel input (about 30 degrees) to drive straight, the HVAC fan only worked on high.
Martin MaggioI signed up for 24/7 pick up at a separate location, and was unable to pick that truck up which rerouted me to this location. Though we received a truck, we fell behind schedule du to this. Furthermore, the rep (Michelle) was condescending when I relayed that the mileage was different. It was not about the exact amount, but the principle.
