This was hands down one of the absolute worst experiences in dealing with U-Haul, They did not check out the trailer properly to me which than caused an absurd ama out of trouble for me when the tire blew it took over 5 hours for them to figure out the situation enough to dispatch someone to come fix the trailer, than after all that was said and done I was starting to figure out how to return the Auto Transport Trailer the manager told me that I didn’t pay which I did I have the receipts and charge on my statement to prove so this was just a nightmare of an experience!!

Dolly had a worn fender, buckles were usable, but were hard to move and safety chains were worn through. Faults were shown to facility prior to use.

The people running the place did not know what they were doing and nothing seemed to work, printer and other equipment.

When I first tried to rent a truck, I had completed the contract and was given the key. I went out to the truck and there was trash from a previous renter in the seat and cup holder. I put the key into the ignition and tried turning it over but it had absolutely no power. I then reentered the store and told the employee that I needed a different truck of the same size but was told the other truck wasn’t back yet and was actually days late. I then had to downgrade to a different truck because they had no means of trying to jump start the initial truck I had rented. Once I was given keys to the second truck, the gas was at a quarter of a tank. I utilized the truck for my move and had put back the gas that I had used to equal back out to the quarter of a tank that was in the the truck upon me leaving the lot. After returning the truck, I was advised that I would have to put at least half a tank worth of gas back into the truck or I’d be charged an additional 5$ per gallon, which is absolutely outrageous as gas is barely $2.50 a gallon! I proceeded to put half a tank of gas into the truck and then returned the keys. The next day, I checked my bank account and an extra $20 was taken from my account which put my account in the negative and am now unable to get an explanation as to why funds were taken out of my account after I had filled the tank and cleaned the truck out. Highly disappointed and would not recommend anyone rent a UHaul in Enos, Oklahoma.

Truck was filthy. I put gas in the truck upon return (only had it for 2 hours) and I was charged $23.00 for fuel. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.
