A terrible and shady company to deal with. I canceled my bag with weeks of notice over 2 months ago and they continue to take money out of my bank account every month. They will not respond to messages and make it right. Many reviewers have said the same thing happened to them. Avoid this storage facility

The move was delayed until October 26th and did not use this unit yet. Deposit made October 10th to ensure one was available for the 26th. I don't believe that any written or verbal correspondence received to indicate there was a mandatory move-in date of October 10th. We can look for availability elsewhere. We were prepared to start the paying the monthly rental on October 10 to ensure we had access for the move.

New owner is an immature coward who hides behind a camera in Calgary. He calls and yells at people. But doesn't show up in person. Manager at the desk is helpful. I feel sorry that he had to work for an idiot. Sylvan lake are seeing what this guys is like. Lots of people will never deal with him again. Police have been told about him by many many people. I gave 2 month's notice after being there for almost 2 years. Then he dble dipped on my cc. Mater card stopped this as its fraudulent. This Fool tried the wrong girl 藍藍

Don't know if you will post this however. When I was reserving my uhaul I saw this website and thought I may use it. The webpage states that money is due on arrival. Suffice to say a rep started calling me before the date wanting me to pay in advance.(his number doesn't match site numbers) I held off till the day before I thought I needed it. And again they wanted 50 dollars to reserve and also to pay for the first month. The following day before I was to arrive my circumstances changed and I called to break the reservation. The person told me they will refund my 50 dollar reservation And send me a credit to use at a future date. I would caution anyone who would want to deal with this business. Deceptive practises are being used. It should have been the loss of the 50 and a refund of the 190. One last thing the representative said he was to forward on this credit 2 hours ago which he still hasn't sent this so called credit. I will let anyone that asks me about my experience. I would not recommend this business ever.

I had my boat and trailer in this facility for several years and felt comfortable having it there until this year. I like to check it a few times throughout the year but was not able to get near it in the winter and once got stuck and had to call a tow truck at a cost of $70.00. I moved to another lot close by for now but would recommend this facility to others. I had a small issue with an unauthorized payment taken out after the boat was removed but that was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

We rented it for one month only and they decided to bill the credit card for an additional month. When asked a out it the old fella got very rude and said "Too bad". Very strange interaction for a business man.

I rented a unit here for a few years and it has always been very convenient and secure.

It was very difficult to know where to put my trailer as the number of my spot was not marked out.

Very helpful and friendly attendant. She explained everything from the after hours process and even took me directly to the spot we would be parking the camper. Merci.
