I booked my reservation online and opted for contactless pickup. I was disappointed to learn this location did not offer this option! When you offer your customers any option online, you should follow through with it or NOTE the location does not have it available!!!!!!

The online check in app didnt work at 8am so i had to wait for the building to open. However the girls were fantastic!!! Michele ward made sure i was taken care of and is an excellent customer service representative!!!! Will definitely use that uhaul location again and recommend it to future people!!!

Excellent from beginning to end. Ive used this facility & staff twice in the past month and honestly can say its been a top 2 best experience ever in getting uhauls. Kudos to this team as it starts with the staff at this location! Thanks again ladies!!

The two ladies on Jan 19, 2021 late evening were phenomenal and reliable. They got me just what I needed in a snap. Vey professional and did everything pretty fast and efficient. I will definitely go back.

Nothing! Early hours on Sat were a bonus, otherwise 24/7 checkout very convenient! The whole rental process from pick up to drop off was seamless. The 20' truck was perfect for my needs, clean and in good working order.

There was a spot on the floor that was kinda loose. Everytime we step on that spot we felt like we were going to go through the floor. It made it difficult for us to do our moving faster cause we keep forgetting about it and we step on it we have to calm ourselves because we thought we were going to fall through.

Both check in and check out were very quick. The customer service representative was very pleasant and made sure, I was in and out very quickly. Great rates!

I wasn't able to use the app or website to return the trailer. It wouldn't let me take pictures so I had to struggle to get in touch with a uhaul Rep to get the trailer returned. Michelle Smith at the location was extremely friendly and very helpful with this process.

I had rented the 20 foot truck to move knowing I could fit all my things in it. 15 minutes before picking up I was called and told the customer with that truck was refusing to bring it back (sucks but not my fault). I agreed on the 17 foot truck and realize that it is the same base price. My issue is the pettiness of charging me the extra 1 mile when I would've been 10 miles under if I would have gotten the truck I rented originally.

I would never return a vehicle there again. The traffic was madness and their hours on a Saturday, only until 4 pm. I really dislike how Uhaul does there rental and probably won't rent from them again. We've done 2 rental in the past month and both of them were not documented properly, costing us much more than quoted! It's almost scammish. Renter beware.

Just make sure the truck is clean

This was an outstanding location for U-Haul. I rent all the time and this location is 5 star!!!. From customer satisfaction to cleanliness of this location 5 star's across the board!! Thank you U-Haul for this particular location !! 😊

It was fast and easy to rent a trailer. I was able to return trailer after hours which was nice. Very friendly service.

fix you app and the after hours return system they both don't work properly. for a company this large in today's world this SUCKS. never seen such a broken system and customer service even knows its broken!

The truck that I was given was too small, it had a bad odor, and the truck needed struts and it was very hard to drive. Instead of one trip I had to make 2... in which cost me more money.

This place and people are a great assistant to U Hall. Thank you for making me move a good move!!!.

Not only was my trailer very dirty I was billed for two days when I only had it for one!! I called and the lady did say she will credit back one day for the mistake but I still see on my account as a pending charge! I will be calling Monday!!
