I rented two dolly's and although I appreciate driving a new truck the brackets were not installed so they bounced around inthe back of the truck!

It was dirty inside but aside from that everything was functioning properly and it was fun to drive the 9' u-haul truck.

John KDid not receive a final email bill, nor anything printed at location upon returning vehicle. I used van for 2-3 hours, and returned while store was open. Lady was on phone and took my key, and said "she'd check it in later." Fortunately I took pictures, and will check with my credit card company to ensure I am not overcharged. I normally rent (monthly) from Penske (Home Depot) which is much more professional. Gave this a shot. The people were nice, but need to provide RECEIPTS.
