Arrived to pick up the truck, had to call a number to get instructions on how to get the key no one answered. Went to the back where there was a i haul sign that looked like an office walked into a door that was UNLOCKED to find it was apartment to find a man sleeping in his underwear. Once the guy finally called back from me leaving a voicemail ( waited about 30 minutes!) he couldn't get his system to work & THEN he tells me to call another number! Eventually that time someone was finally able to help me and was able to get my key to the truck & leave.
