I was not told at checkout what time they closed and how I would need to turn in the truck since the office would be closed. I wasn't told I needed to download an app to turn in the rental. I wasn't told I needed to use a contract number that was emailed to me in order to check out. So it made the turn in process long and difficult when if I had know from the beginning what I needed to do, it wouldn't have been a long process. The attendant was very nice but just needs to inform customers of the after hours process. Other than that, it was OK. Thanks

I was not aware that there was no one to assist with obtaining the truck. We had to call and be transferred to someone, then use another cell phone to get help online. The internet reception is also bad in that area!

Floyd WIt was way out of the way. There were no workers on site and it was 4pm. We also have a picture from the manager of our fuel tank that we filled 4 miles from this location that shows we returned the truck with the fuel we left with. The manager continued to argue with my husband over the phone and charged us an extra $22 for fuel when the picture he sent us clearly showed a little past half full of fuel. Ridiculous. We will never use this location or refer our friends or family.
