I was overcharged I estimated I would use 30 miles I literally drove 29 miles I only had to put $10 of gas. I took a picture of the odometer returned the truck more than two hours earlier than I said I would showed him a picture proving I only drove 29 hours got home received a confirmation email receipt and he overcharged me and said I drove 65 hours I immediately called the place of business and it was closed for the day so now I will go there personally tomorrow I will report him for fraud and dispute it with my bank and I will Demand a refund. The truck had less than a quarter tank of gas, which I filled to about a quarter when I returned it, the check engine light was on, and I had to go online to return the vehicle submitting pictures etc.Anthony D.

They charged us a security deposit and never ended up giving it back. We did keep the truck an extra day because of unforeseen events and could not physically return it we did try to call them the next morning and the person was very rude to my wife and snatch the keys and told her to take a picture of the odometer and let him know what the difference was and that was extremely unprofessional. I believe we were overcharged and he expected us to Simply Let It Go but I will not.sharon B.

I could not get any help on the phone. I returned the truck after hours so there was no one there. But the next two week days I could not get a hold of anybody. I have to say the Uhaul phone help (if you have any questions) was excellent!Quimby C.

Manager was not on site when we arrived. Truck was not that clean and the appliance cart was old ( even though there was a relatively new one we could have been given. But at the end of the day its a truck - we moved stuff - returned truck end of story.JOEL S.

Had to wait 30 minutes apron arrival. Was told by customer the owner comes and goes as he pleases. I had made arrangements for the day based on pick up time. I could not leave my vehicle at the location causing me to have to park my car a good distance away and walk to and from. After returning the truck I was told the owner just left so again I had to wait. After about 20 minutes of waiting I put the keys on his desk and left. Overall this is The worst location. The parking lot barely fits a 10â€ truck making pulling in and out extremely difficult.HEATHER W.

It was a cumbersome process to rent an In-Town U haul via a mobile app. I would much rather speak to a live person. It took almost an hour to "verify my identity" for a $20 truck. The truck smelled heavy of manure once we opened the back. Yuck.Gretchen H.

I paid for a dolly and did not receive it but by the time I got to my location, the location I picked up from was closed so not only did I get charged for the dolly that wasn't there, it made my moving experience a lot harder.lexus V.

When called no one answers phones, the office is a mess, t h e trucks were not cleaned. I have rented uhaul's before and this was my worst experience.ARISELLIE C.
Called to do the rental around 12 and the girl who answered said she was about to go on lunch break. Asked when she was returning from lunch break and she said around 2 o'clock. She was the only one that could help us that day so we then did the 24/7 uhaul rental and got there around at 1 and thought that the app would be just the click of a button and it wasnt the entire process took until 1:50 and having to call customer service twice and wait on hold because my reservation that I made was not showing up on uhaul site that I had to sign up for. Had I known that it was going to take that long I would have waited for the girl to come back from her 2 hour lunch break.... it was an awful experience because it was a situation that needed to be expedited because of a situation a friend of mine was in and she needed to get out of her apartment in one day before the exboyfriend got back. We were crunched for time and this didnt make it any easier to do the 24/7 .jessica G.

The truck still had trash in it and it was obvious it had not been sanitized like Uhaul stared for COVID 19. (I rented one in South Carolina a month ago and you could see and smell it had been sanitized. Plus it had a seal on the door showing it had been). The facility was dirty and even though the signs were on the door, only the clerk had a mask on. Customer service was poor. Even though she started with me , she answered the phone and proceeded to answer questions, look up information, and schedule an appointment.Caroline S.
The back floor was covered in dirt and broken glass, I didn't have a broom and I just had to put my stuff on the dirt which sucked. They were nice and had it ready last minute for me which I really appreciate as I had to move last minute! MerciAmanda G.

I don't know whose fault was it but I go charged twice. Other than that I will most certainly rent from this spot again and again. Very stress free and all charges are fair and upfront. The whole experience was great. I didn't see any areas that need improvement at this time to be honest.Julio G.

Staff should be present. I waited in the cold for an hour outside of a locked building on able to obtain the vehicle I rented. Location is crowded, cluttered and messy. Staff needed to be tracked down by U-Haul. When they arrived, They slowly enter the building with no sense of urgency after keeping their customers waiting for over an hour. The inside of the van wreaked of cigarettes. It was clean though! The gentleman who was there when the place opened had no idea what he was doing and we, and another customer, had to wait about 40 min until the gal showed up to get things going. Once she showed, it was fast and easy.Michelle L.

We originally reserved a truck at gas plus plus but they ended up not having one available. We lost about an hour and a half of time working and it was a great inconvenience having to get it figured out and go to another location.Stephen H.
