Worst experience ever. Will not go with Uhaul anymore after this experience

Jeffry SIt was very easy and quick to turn in the trailer. Also the staff was very friendly and courteous to assist to drop the trailer.
Joseph SThis location was the absolute worse place i've ever used. Customer service was horrible. Chris was very unprofessional and extremely rude. I didn't even feel comfortable going back to drop off but i had no choice. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I will never be picking up at this location. I spoke with uhaul customer service about it and they said they will refund me for my 2 missing dollies i paid for and never received and they apologized about the inconvenience but more than anything i don't blame Uhaul, I blame this location. Never use Lampasas tire and automotive for Uhaul services nor shop for your vehicle unless you want to be cussed out by chris.

Elaine LI selected a 4:30pm appointment from an option of 4:30pm and 5:00pm, but when I arrived at 4:30pm for my pickup, I was told uhaul was closed at 4:30pm. I stated I had a 4:30pm appointment, and the man rudely said he didn't care. After insisting I wasn't leaving without my trailer, he started doing the paperwork then rudely demanded my keys. I declined, and he said, "well then we are closed, goodbye." So explained I didn't want anyone driving my truck and wanted to inspect the trailer myself, and he argued with me about how he was doing me a favor, because if I didn't give him the keys I could just leave without the trailer. I will NEVER go here again.
Jonathan BThe location was changed for us to this location and it was closed the day we went to pick up. There was no one there to help and we spent 30-45 min calling uhaul to try and figure out how to get our keys. The truck itself was not swept out and again none of the blankets or other equipment we paid for was there.

Steve HThe pick location wasn't were I was told. Received a phone call at 7:30 am the morning of telling me that my original location wasn't going to have it and now this new location 20 miles away. I have called customer service and was trying to get some type of adjustment because of this phone call only hours before I was to pick up my trailer. Not happy..

James BWe usually use Budget trucks since we rent moving trucks often. Now I remember why! So much cheaper and so much more bang for your buck. I-Haul is way too expensive.

Larri MWe were given the U-Haul with three bad tires, there was no tread on two of them so one actually popped on the way and there was something stuck in another. I'd just suggest checking and changing these tires more often since these kinds of trucks are used for long trips sometimes.
