This drop off location does not have any sign boards. It took 20 minutes for me to figure out thar is UHaul drop off location. I wasted few miles just making rounds around that area looking out for parking. The parking area is like a ground with no parking lots. Its just an open area to park the vehicles.

Robert LI'm used to going to an actual U-Haul office and dealing with actual U-Haul employees, it's off-putting to go to some hidden patch of land where some dude comes out with his wifebeater and 80's shades to tell you about his life to then proceed to ask you to venmo him for the dolly... it's just weird. Everything ended working fine, the dude was nice and all, but I would prefer to not have to deal with anybody (full self check-in/out) or have a more professional business exchange with U-Haul employees.

Geoffrey SI made a reservation for this location specifically and UHaul, without my permission or knowledge switched it to another because the other one "gets less business" according to the owner of the one I rented at. I never would have known about the switch but I called to confirm the night before. Good thing I did! Kevin switched it back for me, but beware of this happening to you!

jeff dClaimed to have checked trailer in; however received call days later that the trailer was being reported as stolen. Upon further research, UHAUL CORP once again had issues with their computer system and trailer was never checked in. Poor follow-up. but again a UHAUL issue.
Bryan BNo one was at the office at the time of opening and for at least an hour or so later. Had to call a phone # located on the door of the business but no one answered that number either, also the voice mail box was full. Eventually a stand in guy emerged who was somewhat confused and appeared to be on the phone with the business owner? Eventually got my trailer, about 1,5 hours after the scheduled time. There was another customer there waiting on a truck who was quite upset in the confusion and delay.
James CI was charged for gas $61,5 when the tank was all the way on empty and I was told it was ok to return in the same condition. They scammed me of $61,5 for 1/4 tank of gas that I never used. Also they grossly exaggerated the milage. This place is a SCAM!!!!! Take pictures and video of everything and don't drop off the keys. Make sure you drop off to a lice person. They are SAMMERS HERE!!!

Deborah RIf you don't mind dropping off a U-Haul in the town from the movie Deliverance, then it might be OK. There was no actual road. I followed a dirt path down into a swamp where a family was living in a trailer and also had a junkyard behind it. there were no people anywhere. The drop off was not a The drop off was not only a tiny box on the front of the building, but it was also a salon and a boat rental. I was waiting for an alligator to crawl up from the swamp and come meet me. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they had a death wish.

George CPulled blankets out of an aboandoned car. Said he didn't have the furniture dollies offered by uhaul but had a couple of his own he could let me use as long as when I dropped off the truck, I threw in 20 bucks. I actually handed it to him. Owner wasn't even there despite my just talking with him and him saying he would be. Truck had wood railings inside with no way to fasten straps. No hooks to clip to. Truck hard to keep straight going down the road. Seems out of alignment. Equipment i reserved wasn't ready as promised. Had to wait for them to count blankets and find dollies. Truck only had 1/4 tank of gas.
Michael LI had a 9 A.M appointment to pick up the trailer and the establishment was closed. There was a sign on the door to call for assistance. I called the number, and the gentleman told me that the office doesn't open until 9:45 A.M. He asked me if I see the trailer sitting out front and I told him yes; he said that it's the one and to take it. I get home and I have a text telling me to inspect the trailer before leaving, too late! I used the trailer and returned it at 10:45 A.M and the office was still closed. I took pictures and texted the to the number on the door with a note that it had been returned. The trailer was great, but I was disappointed with no one on site. I've rented many times from UHAUL, this was my first experience of interacting with someone. No vehicle inspection, no one there to hook us and perform a light inspection etc. Overall, I got my task done and I will use UHAL services/products again.
James GThe owner was nice, but the place is a complete dump. It's kind of a mix between a trailer park and a junk yard. I arrived at the time of my pickup (8am) and nobody was there. I texted and called all the numbers (2 in the email and 1 on the building). Nobody answered or responded until an hour after my pickup time, when the owner of the location called from a different number apologizing that he was just now seeing my reservation. We did a "mobile sign-in" which just means he let me hook the trailer up to my truck, tell him which trailer it was, and leave. He was nice because he called to make sure I had it all figured out. But it was all very unprofessional.

Corey IOpen the rental office on time or have the courtesy to call renters ahead of time if you don't plan to be on time. Not hang up the phone on customers when they are talking to you is also a good start. Have the rentals clean and ready to go. Either inspect the vehicle with the renter or offer them the opportunity to do so in an organized fashion. Lastly, allow the "renter" to accept and initial the renters contract since it is a legal binding contract and not sign for them.
Cornelius SWith today's environment, I had to call the phone number on the building, everything done over the smart phone. Once I had that figured out, no problems. Owner very responsive, friendly and I had the truck and on my way in a jiff!
