Hello no one told me my reservation was going to be over the phone pick up. It was confusing. Hard to get ahold of someone. When I suppose to drop off Standish Maine gave me the run around to drop off at windham. The windham facility was absolutely mean and no help and just told me to call the 800 number almost in tears after dealing with a nor easter. I will not recommended any of these locations to anyone. Lewiston, windham (hardware store one) and Standish Maine. Awful experience.

Jeffrey KU Haul changed the drop off to unmanned storage facility. The link to app was useless, as app did have not information for truck and trailer rental return. The return was completed on U Haul website by instructions from Customer Service.

Thomas WI paid 80$ for a storage unit for 4 days....and i never even used the unit. I even made a payment towards the next month. I was never offered any money to be returned. Not happy. Im a single parent. Just because i was able to find another way to store my stuff doesnt mean i should lose out on 80$. Will never go back.
