The guy working the counter was rude & disrespectful. He put extra charges on my bill also. Started yelling after I confronted he about the extra charges. Slow Lack of training Facility was a mess Awful experience

The location was fine and the in store agent very helpful. What was not a good experience was the mobile checkout process. We will never use that again. The system wanted an approved contact at pickup other than myself or my husband. Why were we not warned in advance that we had to furnish another person who would be willing to answer their phone at the crack of dawn on a Saturday morning to vouch for our identities? So ridiculous! Thankfully, the in store agent was able to assist by calling a manager. We also do not like that twice in one month using U-Haul, they rerouted our pickup to a location further away than our chosen reservation facility. Not very customer friendly service at the corporate level. Local pickups and drop off facilities always seem nice, though.

We arrived for our 6:00 pickup and the location was closed. A gentleman in the parking lot happened to know the owner of the location so he called him to let him know I was there waiting for him. The owner arrived 30 minutes later. Most importantly the location I originally selected did not have the 15' truck available so I was sent to this location. This location was not convenient for me.

grumpy old man. Location stated open until 7, was around 4. Had hotel driver follow me. Was shocked man was screaming at us. stated he would have to turn computer on to check us in. Very unprofessional. Was very put out that he had to check a truck in!

Somehow the final odometer charge is completely different from the actual number and I was charged almost 3 times the initial amount.

Drop off was easy. Why is there no questions for U-Haul in general?!? Our issues are not with either location, but the company. Customer service on the call lines suck. Online chat was slightly better, but still didn't solve the problem.

Lonnie and is staff are excellent and exceeded my expectations for services. This is a small business owner which I was happy to support. Excellent customer service is Lonnie's moto. He and his staff have excellent communication skills and go the extra mile to keep in close contact with their customers throughout their move. They made my moving experience easy.

The truck I requested was NOT available in the pickup location I wanted. Bob's place was VERY bad service. My Res was moved to L&T and it was very good experience.
