Timothy MReturned trailer Friday at 5pm. Was charged fully. Would have appreciated credit for early return. Staff was on-site and said they would check trailer in.

ADAM HEngine ran very rough. Online uhaul app sucks. Didnt send me check in email until after I returned truck and then overcharged me. Won't use uhaul again when forced to rely on unreliable technology.
Sidney WI was actually supposed to pickup the truck in Cedar City. We had to drive 20 m8les to Parowan when the truck could have be3n ready for me at Cedar City. I had reserved the truck several weeks in advance. Sloppy work on the part of Uha7l.

Terrance CI told the people in Parawan Utah I was heading to Rexburg. Charge was out of site as it was the second vehicle because of a breakdown of my sons car and needed to pull it with another Uhaul. Now I realize why It cost so much because he had me heading back to Tucson when I was already 3/4 of the way to my destination.

HOWARD CVery polite and friendly. They do need a bell on the door though, we waited for some time before anybody come to help us. The truck itself was awful. First of all, I was extremely frustrated that the day before I was supposed to pick it up I received a call telling me that there wasn't a truck available at the location I had selected online to pick up. This is absolutely ridiculous that U-Haul doesn't have an automated system on their website that can track this and tell me that when I am trying to reserve the truck. And furthermore, for it to take as long as it did for a U-Haul representative to contact me is ridiculous. So now not only did i have to drive 40 miles to pick up the truck, a 20' truck was not available so I received a "free upgrade" to a 26' truck rather than some sort of discount that I should have received 1, for having to deal with driving to the next town to pick up the truck, and 2 for having to deal with a 26' truck when a 20' truck was more than sufficient for my needs. Not to mention the added fuel that the larger truck consumed. Furthermore, the truck was in terrible shape. Both doors had to be slammed very hard to get them to close completely to reduce the amount of whistling. In fact I had to roll the window down slightly in order to eliminate the loud whistling occurring right in my ear (temperature the day we moved never got above 15 degrees). The outside of the truck was a mess as well, which doesn't effect my move, but shows the lack of concern U-Haul has for their assets. Most frustrating of all was the windshield wipers. It is downright dangerous how bad the wipers were, especially on a cold snowy day. Shame on U-Haul for the quality of this truck.
Tim AI ordered the truck via UHaul.com. I never received a call or confirmation and had to call multiple locations in order to find the truck. It was quite confusing. Once I started talking with the Parowan dealer, everything went great. But I will never order via UHaul.com again; I'll go straight to the locations.
