Dropped off our U-Haul Truck and Car Trailer at (L&G Auto Sales) on time with the worse customer service ever! Went into their office to drop of the key and contract. The person who helped me gave a very poor attitude as if it was a hassle to leave their work desk or sitting position. The representative then checked the back to make sure it was clean which it was and then checked the in Cab. The representative said "That Cab floor was dirty and was going to charged $25 for cleaning because of mud on the driver side and passenger side? I then respectfully ask "What Mud?". I was confused on the floor condition to which in the picture is the passenger side (couldn't get a picture of the driver side because of the representative was rude) After asking what mud? The person then said, "The sand and dirt need to be wiped off clean on the floor." I asked respectfully for explanation. Is it mud? or sand? because I'm confused. The short answer was that no matter what we're charging you. I then ask do you have a rag so that I may clean it? and the answer was a NO. So, I went and grab a rag off a car they had and grab water bottle and wiped the floor and the Representative said where still going to charge you because the rag wasn't new and when it dried it would be dirty. Then the person started to get mad with me and I was calm. The person was saying it's your contract that it needs to be clean "Because of the floor dust? Mud/Sand? etc." Its dead of winter and I respected their equipment. After I walked way, and the Employees of "L&G Auto" were all saying its dirty and why I was using a rag to clean the floor. Even though the other employees never looked inside beside the representative I gave the key too. With the picture it was the same condition as the driver side. On a ending note DON'T DROP OF U-HAUL STUFF HERE OR EVER TRUST THIS PLACE "L&G AUTO" If I see a charge of $25 of cleaning, I will deny it.

I had to spend 80$ to Uber to my pickup location after I was informed the day before that no truck was available in my area. Then after I picked up the uhaul truck, the agent failed to inform me of a broken tire sensor, so I drove 20 mph with my flashers on for 60 miles to a jiffy lube for assistance. Later the gent explained oh yeah the tire sensor is malfunctioning but no problem with the tires ðŸ˜' not a good experience. Then I was charged 70$+ for gas even though I left 3/4 tank.

Overall I was happy. The team stayed late to help me get what I needed. I will say that when is called in the conversation over the phone did not leave me feeling really optimistic about my experience. If anything could be improved, maybe a little more engaging customer interaction.

While the location itself may be fine, using Uhaul's after-hour dropoff process is not something I can recommend. The website is slow, buggy and takes a while to figure out and use. If you are not 30 mins early to your drop off, it could create delays that cause you to be charged for an entire additional day as it did it to.

I know the importance of surveys and its effects on the business so I marked it favorably but the only negative I have is on the location. It is hard to find (signage) and is not representative of a proper U-haul location, otherwise the person helping me was great, despite his location challenges and the equipment was good.

The employees at this location are absolutely horrible! My husband and I had an absolutely despicable experience with them! I would absolutely never recommend this location to anyone! If I could rate them with zero stars I would!

I picked up before the store opened and it literally took over an hour to complete the online stuff. Had to call U-Haul and they had to painstakingly walk me through each step that a computer guru could not have figured out. This part needs to be MUCH easier

We reserved a 20 foot truck a week ahead of time and were told the day before pick up that they did not have a truck available. So we had to rent a smaller 12 foot truck at Budget. We had to make 2 -150 mile trips instead of 1 . We did have to rent a 6 x12 foot box trailer from L&G auto sales to finish and that went well. But I will not rent from uhaul ever again after this.

5 Stars for the site locations but 2 stars for the mobile check in. I had issues with the mobile check in, because I was late it locked me out and I had to call customer service. In the future I won't even do the mobile check in because it was a joke.

When I first pulled in to drop the truck off, I really didn't have any idea where to go. First thing that happened is someone comes out telling me I can't park where I parked. I was then told that this was not the U-Haul part of the business and I need to go to another area. This was a little frustrating and there was no signs or anything to communicate where to go. I would suggest that they add this to make it easier for future customers.

A cleaner truck. It took me 30 min to sanitize this truck & air out the Cigarette smell. The doors steering wheel handles were all black. Customer Service did go smoothly and we did get an extra day & didn't use it. Customer service was helpful as well.

Check to make sure they have all the supplies you need before picking up the truck. They didn't have blankets so we had to drive 20 miles to the next town to get our blankets.

They. We're closed at 3pm when I dropped it off. The location is 23miles for my home. There are at less three locations closer to my home.

There was no other location closer to St George, it is a very cramped location so unless you want to drive further you have to use it.

After reserving the truck via Uhaul's website (which was simple and easy in-of-itself), I showed up to the location only to be told that the truck was not available and if he let me use it he would “lose money”. Only after some problem-solving on my end did I figure out that he had someone reserve the truck for tomorrow morning… my reservation was only for four hours and the time was 3PM. Overall, the Uhaul was great but the location and manager were shockingly poor.

The truck seat was not adjustable adequately for a shorter person such as myself. I'm 5'8" but still needed a couple of pillows to reach a comfortable driving position.

The person receiving my trailer asked if I wanted to wait to have the trailer checked in or just leave and they would take care of everything. There was an issue with the AV # which caused additional charges to my debt card. The return process should have been completed while I was there but I was told they were busy and I would have to wait a while. Seemed like a very simple process to return the trailer that had no damage and was clean. Giving the customer an option to leave prior to confirming and checking in the trailer is not a good business practice. Ultimately I was refunded the extra charges to my debt card but I am not happy with UHaul.
