There was nothing wrong with the location, however the online pick-up process is broken! Nothing I did online or through the app allowed me to unlock the keys to the truck. I had to call Uhaul customer service and wait on hold for ~30 minutes, send pictures of my drivers license to them, just to have them figure out how to get the code to unlock the truck keys. This process needs attention before I will ever use it again. I should get a discount or partial refund for having to wait so long to get access to the truck.Caleb V.
Had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes before someone arrived to help. Keys were locked in a box that they didn't have access to so I had to wait another 15 minutes for someone else to show up and unlock it. When we dropped the truck back off after being out for maybe 1,5-2 hours multiple people were waiting outside with a sign on the door that just said be back in an hour. Several people said they had been waiting for over an hour to pick up their rental.MATT A.

Overcharged by over 200! Charged me $44 for gas when I brought it back with more than I left with. Claimed I kept it 3 days. The girl was there locking the gate when I dropped it back off after FOUR HOURs. Horrendous location. Office is a cluttered filthy mess. No answer on the phone to resolve this even though it is business hours. Unbelievably terrible service. This will be shared in many locations. I would hate for anyone else to rent from this location.Naomi B.

Checking in online was a pain, they asked me for a second proof of ID and I didn't have one on me. Very hard process. Thankfully the shop was still open and I was able to get my rental before they closed. Avoid the online checking in and do yourself a favorBrenda T.
lack of inventory to specific truck needed. Did not have a dolly. I don't think that a reservation should be done when a truck is not on site. You can't reserve a truck with the assumption that it will be brought back as scheduled. In spite of all this everything worked out. Have a plan B, nothing goes as planned. Staff was good.tonya G.

U-Haul took my reservation, then changed my location. When I got to the location they did not have the dollies. They were helpful nc tried to locate them, but could not. So I then had to go and buy two. Between changing locations and not having the equipment reserved it cost me several hours.Jason M.

The L&H location was great, I orginally was scheduled to pick up @ Village rd in Leland, NC. They had nothing on lot and the most unprofessional & rude group of people. I will never recommend that location to anyoneMargaret H.

The light in the back of the truck wouldn't work, the latch kept getting stuck when trying to close or open. The button inside the truck fell completely in when trying to turn the lights. Overall it was a terrible truck but the customer service was pleasant.KEYONA W.

Service was amazing from start to finish.Our special thanks to Frankie Bordeax help that was beyond expected. Cosidering that we never drove a truck and needed it before 6,3 AM in order to be on time at our destination we were very nervous, but Frankie came to the office about 6 AM, 3 hours before his office opens. He helped with everything: finishing rental application, checked the truck, showed some truck control points.. So he made it easy for us, returning truck was also quick and easy. The app/website for drop off is awful. I dropped off after hours and it was as if U-Haul didn't want me to register it online. Shouldn't be that difficult. Just charge me the extra $20 without the hassle.JEFFREY W.

Great service. I got help connecting the trailer to my truck, the trailer was Inspected and lights were checked prior to me leaving. The only suggestion I could make is to install trailer jacks on the tongue. These trailers are not light and hard to lift.CHARLES B.

I drove 11 miles Refueled 1 gallon (i have the receipt) And still was charged for 2 extra gallons Either replace your trucks with less fuel hungry ones (Less than 4 mpg sounds pretty bad) or train your agents to read the fuel gauge from the INSIDE of the truck, and surely be more accommodating. I really did not appreciate the experience.Thomas F.
