I see there were four 5x9 trailers with ramp at this location. Buds Cornermart handles Uhaul rentals. I understand that U-haul negated 5x9's at this location. For the town of Kellner and surrounding areas, this would be a handy location to have AT LEAST one 5x9 with ramp. Thanks.

Was ignored when I first got there. The gentlemen on the phone was swearing up a storm. The other gentlemen was drinking Jack Daniels out of his trunk. Very upsetting

We were first confirmed at a location in Wisconsin Rapids (out of our way because we wanted one in Stevens Point) when we arrived the trailer was damaged., and the employees seemed unaware. The brake cap was missing and was unable to hold pressure. We were not comfortable taking this trailer. We ended up having to go to another location one hour south and out of our way location. I would like to receive a discount for this inconvenience. Can you help with this?

Car Dolly was in disrepair, cab of truck was coffee stained, I had to clean myself. For the o money I would never use U-Haul again. Two hour wait to pick/up in Coloma pick up time was 8 am no one showed up until 10!! Terrible experience!!!

Flat tires on the trailer. Last person must have curb checked enough to get a nice leak in both tires. Obviously the tires weren’t checked prior to pick up, had to fill tires multiple times to prevent flats

Agent said we could add insurance on our own when we got home. He didn’t know how to add after transaction was complete. Can’t add coverage after leaving store without an inspection.

People at individual locations were friendly and helpful. Whoever schedules the trucks is terrible. The truck I reserved was scheduled 2 hours later than my reservation. Three hours later and the truck never did come, forcing me to drive 40 miles to get a truck. The result being 5 hours off schedule. The frustrating part was not being given options at the onset of problems, had that happened my inconvenience could have been avoided.

Insurance was added that I declined. I was given a location for drop off and it was changed. I got a phone call then next day from a different location stating that my return was late and they were going to charge me a $200 wrong location drop off fee. It took 2 hours to straighten it out AFTER I sent them a copy of my contract proving that I returned it where it said to make the return on their paperwork. I will never use or recommend uhaul again. Moving is stressful enough without all of the bs I had to go through.

This site was simply a weekend drop off location - I didn’t actually meet the staff. That said, I did speak with ‘Toni’ (Coloma, WI) by phone today to clear up confusion concerning the number of blankets that were part of the original reservation. She was very attentive and conscientious, quickly helping to sort out the issue with the Falls Church, VA office and close the transaction. All helpful, all appreciated by me as your (repeat) customer. :-)

When I picked up the tow dolly I was told I could return to Wisconsin Dells but when I called they said they didn’t take trailers at that location I had to run it to Coloma instead waisted an extra 25 mins of my time each way I wasn’t happy with that

I have seen bad reviews for this place. What I found was a very friendly and helpful man. I was very pleased with my service.

Employee had a difficult time navigating Uhaul upgrade on the computer; he had to call Uhaul. I did the express check-in online, but I was at the store for about 45 minutes. My suggestion is to train Uhaul rental places better.

The service was less than friendly. The furniture blankets in the back of the truck were not folded and were just thrown in the back.

The man I delt with was extremely rude, didn’t even help me dig the trailer I rented out from behind the other vehicles blocking it in. So I had to rock it out of the snow, then drag it to my truck myself. Then when I asked for assistance in getting it to hook up on my ball on the truck, he was again extremely rude, threw on his coat, came outside for long enough to drop it on the ball, turn around and walked away. Didn’t even bother to tighten it down or check the hook up. I’ll never go there again, nor will I recommend his location.
