CHARLES FIt was early in the day and there were a lot of people trying to get equipment, so we had to wait almost an hour to complete the process. Other than that it was great.

Benjamin KContactless wasn't contactless! Maintenance error message blocking me from viewing the mileage so I was charged MORE than I should of been due to not being able to see it. They were aware of the issue as well when I mentioned it to them after I received the wrong key to the truck I had assigned when I brought the wrong key on for the right key
Amanda RI specifically denied the 14$ insurance I was going 2 miles away and was charged anyway....also it had no ac....I'd like my 14$ back I also returned it with more gas than it had and was still overcharged...3152835877 I expect a call
Kari HMake sure the truck is clean and the person is trained on how to rent out the vehicles. It also took her a long time to actually do the paperwork and get the truck to us which added time to our move!
