The representative at the Lantana Storage location was outstanding to work with. She managed a technical glitch with a smile and was more than helpful!

When I arrived there was no one there. I contacted the number and a temp agent arrived within 15 minutes. It seemed like he did not receive any training to rent out the vehicles. It took about 20 minutes to finally get a truck. While driving the vehicle, any turn or bump would cause the vehicle to jerk either left or right making it very difficult to drive. Id recommend an inspection of that vehicle to ensure it does not cause an accident for the next renter.

The Lantana location was great once the office opened. The phone line to uhaul was terrible. The first person I spoke with said I had a duplicate account which was a "known problem". He transferred me to someone who proceeded to cut me off (with an attitude) and transferred me to another person. That person put me on hold and then disconnected me. I called back and got transferred again. The final person I spoke with was able to help link my account to my reservation but I was unable to get my rental because my phone location couldn't be confirmed. I gave up at that point and returned to the office when they opened later that morning where the person in the office was able to help.

I requested a different location and in a separate transaction had purchased other products. Moving my location delayed getting started with the move by over 2 hours.
