We were told we could drop the truck off before 6pm the next day and wouldn't get charged and called the place as well and they confirmed as well and we still got charged an extra 40 dollars

No person to speak to if you run into a problem which I had. Email sent me to the wrong pickup location so it couldnt verify where I was. Had drive to another location to waste an hour trying to resolve the issue on my cell phone. Ultimately was able to get truck.

Very quick and easy process. Vehicle was in very good condition and was parked in a very nice lactation to get out. Was at a gas station so before I left I filled up the tank!

They're the only one in the area that are open on Sunday afternoon. Asim was great and helped make our move go smoothly. It would be good if other employees at the gas station were familiar with the procedure for returning a vehicle.

I originally selected a different location and was asked to pick up here at 6pm. I received a call in desperation for me to pick up the uhaul earlier at 1pm because the employee was going to be there at 6. This was not possible but I went out of my way to get there at 1:30. I didn’t need the van then but I did it to make things easier for him. Upon returning the van today at 3pm, I was charged the extra day/time charge because it was more than 24 hours. I anticipated this happening and the employee in Northport said this wouldn’t happen. I want the additional charge refunded. This isn’t how you treat customers.

When I make a reservation don't send me 20 miles away from my pick up location because I made a reservation. I didn't get a notification until the day before.

The store was locked, the gas station attendant said to wait. We waited 15 minutes in the bitter cold. The UHaul recipient had no means to give us a receipt. He didn't seem to know what he is doing. He made my wife move the truck a few feet because he didn't like where it was parked.
