One of the staff was kind and welcoming, the person who helped us hook our trailer up swore infont of our young sons, sent us away with lights that didnt work to an auto store for a part, and the trailer door wasn't working properly.

Update your trailers...!!! No side hook latches inside the trailer except for 6 on the floor,,,virtually worthless......the trucks have all kinds of places to attach rope or bungee cords...but the trailers have nothing on the sides...worthless. Also no handle on the outside of the door to pull the door down so you can latch it. Your trailers are terribly constructed. You need NEW disegn engineers. I have been renting from UHaul for 55 years.

You should let the customer pick up the U-Haul closer to where they rented it from. This was a good 50 minutes from our home and I rented it 2 months before I needed it. And I was told I could pick up at 8:00 and then when I got the call about being moved from Balsam Lake to Webster I was told at 10:00. I already had people lined up to help at 9, and once again iit is almost an hour from us and it took us almost an hour to get back. The woman in Webster was very nice and said we could pick up at 8 but your customer service Rep named Paige was very short and curt and didn't care that we were inconvenienced.
