I've pulled trailers my whole life and the trailer I rented pulled worse than anything else by far. Whether it was empty or full it pulled extremely hard, bouncing around constantly, fishtailing if I went over 50 mph and I couldn't unhitch the trailer because of the bolt that held the hitch on. I called and asked about unhitching to see if I could get some pointers and I received a response less than friendly in return. With my online reservation and setting up the pickup I left the destination alone because it says optional but it wasn't optional. The computer put down return to the same place. It would have cost me an extra $70 to correct this so I brought it back because gas was cheaper. Save your money because for a little bit more money I could have bought my own trailer and wouldn't have been pencil whipped. The trailer surprisingly made the trip but it was a rough trip that didn't have to be that way.

I reserved the trailer with the uhaul call center. They made a mistake with the bill that Larsen had to correct. Thanks Larsen International! U haul, this was your mistake that you should have caught

Brando at Larsons made sure that Uhaul changed all of the tire because they were worn way down, he told the Uhaul people that I was driving 1700 miles and wanted the truck to be safe. Thank you Brandon and Curtis

This trailer was clean and the gentleman at Larsen's was so wonderfully helpful. However, this trailer leaked and soaked a mattress that was enclosed in a mattress cover. We traveled in rain from NE to WY. It soaked the mattress half way up from the floor. I did put a claim in for compensation.

NO COMPLAINTS. TRAILER WAS PRETTY BEAT UP, HAD A LIGHT OUT, AND BRAKES SQUEEKED, BUT HAD NO REAL PROBLEMS WITH IT.

The people at both locations were great. The biggest complaint I have is that I made the reservation online (the third time I have rented in 3 years) and each and every time I have made a reservation Uhaul has changed the pickup location at the last minute.

Inform them ahead of time that U-Haul does not accept checks. Just cash, Debit Card or Credit Card. Will save a lot of frustration. Otherwise was pleased with the service.

Sent an email regarding getting billed an additional $40 for dropping off at a different location versus what was originally set up. However all the email and texts received said to deliver to a different location in the same town. So that was what was done. No communication sent back yet

We had wonderful service. We booked our 10ft truck online and was there to pick up at the schedule time. The service was beyond expectations... we were given added miles without charge to help with getting to our destination and even a discount on our truck cost (without even asking). It made our day and helped so much... moving is stressful enough... they definitely made our move even that easier. Would recommend to anyone looking for a truck in Fremont!

The truck that I had reserved from another location (Amoco/BP in Fremont) was not available so they transferred my contract to Larsen. I was not very happy that I didn't receive a phone call or any notification until I arrived to pick up the truck at the prior location (Amoco/BP in Fremont) but the Larsen location was great to work with and very friendly. I would recomend Larsen for Uhaul service but not the BP location.

truck over heated and a/c did not work. truck had no power going up hills and would only do 60 mph on flat ground. very disapointed in u-haul in neb.

It was a little confusing as I first reserved my truck from here, then U-Haul changed it to another location who still didn't have the size I ordered. But, then, I got a final confirm for what I ordered from the location I ordered it from. The location I rented from was easy to work with. i did not like working with the one they first changed me to. But good experience with the Larson International location, would highly recommend.

The tech at this location forgot to tighten the hitch. When I started to load the car on the trailer the hitch popped up. Luckily there was no damage.

make sure running lights are working, not just brakes and blinkers. I was pulled over for no running lights on trailer. I could not get them to work. Running lights on my RV work so I don't think it was my rig causing the problem. Otherwise, a very good little trailer
