No one in this facility knew how to check out the vehicle. Both the attendant and the mechanic were clueless. The owner is unavailable to assist customers and help with issues. I feel also that the tank was marked full but when returned was way past full. Don't trick your customers. And because of this issue of check in now I have had to pay an additional $20 fee. Absurd. Do not rent from this location.

I was charged for an extra day without being informed and the return time on my unsigned receipt does not match the actual time that I returned the vehicle.

The service was unorganized and I had to wait 30 minutes for my reservation. There was only one person in charge of UHaul. I would've given it a poor, however, the manager did let me return blankets later in the evening. So that was really nice of him.

Damage to vehicle when picked up that was not reported. Reserved a dolly and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to help me and it was not the right one. Returned truck and was charged $17 for gas when it was returned with the same amount as pick up. Had to wait on hold for 7 minutes then was disconnected. Called again and waited 16 minutes. Had to report damage verbally to agent because the pictures did not match the ones on the app.

Get better customer service and better equipment on location so customers don’t have to feel like they’re about to punch a wall b/c of the run around you put them through in person

The mechanic was not in the shop even though my reservation had been made prior to arriving at the store. Apparently he was the only one who was able to give me the key to the vehicle. I completed the Mobile pick up process at 4:17 pm and didn't receive my keys until 4:55 pm. This location had no waiting area or anything as it was just a gas station and the person in the store had no way of contacting the mechanic. Upon returning my rental I dropped my keys in the dropbox as the shop appeared to be closed but then later received a call from a U-Haul representative saying that I had not dropped off my keys. Very unorganized store. Reconsider having your vehicles there.

I would list out all of the steps that will need to happen in order to rent the vehicle. Luckily I was able to get verified quickly but I might of had to go all the way back home to get extra documentation in order to rent.

Never have had a problem renting from this location. Very easy process. The only time I have had an issue with renting from U-haul was when I couldn't get one from this location and had to go to another location

Make a sign for the uhaul spot with instructions. It was confusing and we didn't know who to talk to

My reservation was for 3:00pm. I arrived at 2:55 and they said he just left. The cashier for Shell was trying to be helpful, but I could barely understand her. She eventually called him and he suggested filling out the electronic check-in in the Uhaul.com. I was having problems with that and pictures. He finally arrived and said he could do the checkin himself. That worked well, but when I got my bill after I returned the Van there was an additional charge of 10.00. I found out it was for the Ins. Coverage. I declined all those add-ons in my reservation. I have emailed the person in charge at the Lawarance Shell location. No response.

We arrived to pick up the U-Haul and we chose the option to “Rent in store” when we got there the gas station said that the “guy” isn’t here and he should be. We waited for about an hour and half. We were told to complete the phone rental process and were FINALLY able to get the U-Haul . I called costumer service to complain and to have an extension, I didn’t receive an apology for inconvenience or any sort of accommodation. They did extend my time with U-Haul.
