I was originally to take rental to a different location that on the website was supposed to be open on Sunday. It wasn't. I called uhaul and they changed it to a 24hr site and had no problem.
ALFREDO G.No true walk around performed. Found trailer had light out, truck mileage inaccurate (not updated last three rentals according to history creating a 800+ mile overage for us), fuel level inaccurate, truck cab no cleaned, given utility dolly instead of appliance dolly
