The return of the equipment was very difficult, the facility was not open and we had to keep the trailer for days to find a window to return.

The location was obvious and easily accessible. There was plenty of room to drop off the trailer comfortably and it allowed me to take my time unloading etc. I recommend this place. Everyone was friendly.

The employees were not very friendly and had to call a service to answer question. Wanted to charge me $45 to hook up the trailer. This should be free with rental to put on and off.

Strange location in the kind of place you go and are never seen again. Definitely will not use again.

I have no complaints. The people were great! The only thing I could critique is the general cleanliness of the area but it had no effect on the rental. My only (slight) concern was running over something that could puncture a tire.

The hours listed on u-haul are not accurate for this facility. I had a drop-off and since I did not pay to drop-off during now operation hours I went during hours that the facility claimed to be open. Thankfully, there were people working at the other company on-site that said this was a common issue and to drop-off the trailer and that they would inform the u-haul individual. This was after I called main u-haul and they said similar.

Shawn/ Sean (sp?) Was amazing! Love that guy. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend him, but the location was horrible.

Please see my customer service notes for this pickup. I don't have the time to type out all the issues I experienced and I am still waiting for some form confirmation as to my case. I was told I would receive some sort of compensation for the issues at the pick-up but am still waiting to receive any communications about such. Signage was very bad, management and staff were simply not present at pickup and I had to wait 35+ minutes to get my truck's key. Staff gave my furniture dolley (the locations last one) to another customer that reserved a truck upon arriving. Drivers seat floor was covered in dried mud. All in all this pickup location should be dropped from U-haul business as soon as possible. It did not feel safe at all and threw a massive wrench and large amount of stress into my day. I also received the truck with gas gauge empty. Please call me to discuss status of my compensations. Thanks,

Felt bad, he was the only place with a 26fter but no equipment and the movers he rents too left the back filled with leaves.

Fill tanks with gas. When your not from the area and have to find gas before you can even get to where you are loading is so bad and unprofessional. I own a multi location landscaping business and do a lot of truck equipment rentals and never have I seen a gas garage below a quarter. Not good at all!!!
