Easy to get to and convenient for us to drop off, but nobody there. Just a parking area by a storage facility. The amount of business there likely does not warrant staffing the site during business hours.

Either the location is in a cell phone dead zone or the website is glitchy. It would be good to fix the issue. Picking up and dropping off, it took me more than 10 minutes to be able to open my account before I could start the process. I did not have issues opening any other website at the time so I am sure the issues did not rest with my phone's ability or that of my cell phone provider. If you can fix that the self serve option will be easy and a great advantage. It would also be helpful to provide instructions about how the locks work. Thank goodness there is a demonstration on youtube to guide me through that. These two issues made it take quite a bit longer than it should have to both pick up and drop off the vehicle. The odometer reading on my account showed in miles but the odometer reading in the truck was in kilometers. It would be great if they were set to match or instructions were provided to tell me how to change the trucks odometer to be in miles. I had to do the conversion online to try to figure out the mileage. Everything else was great. The truck was clean and in good working order. It was helpful to be able to rent the vehicle. It allowed me to do what I needed to do and I was satisfied with the rental.

I rented a trailer for over 100 days and no discount was given to me. I hope next time you will reduce the price when I rent for this long.May be the rate about 15$/day!
