So I reserved a 20' truck over a month ago. No one contacted me the day before like you said you would. When I get there to pick it up I get a txt message that says due to equipment availability I am being upgraded to a 26 foot truck and I don't have any other options so this 26 foot truck is three times what I need and takes three times as much gas on average I got 6,8 miles to the gallon cost me an extra $300 in gas because you didn't have the truck I reserved a month in advance available for me so I really feel like that you need to refund me the difference of what I spent on gas versus what I would've spent with a 20 foot truck and that's the only way you gonna satisfy me if somebody don't call me and talk to me about this I will never use U-Haul

Maliek HPosted hours did not match when location opened. Lost over one hour on my trip because the web said this location opened at 8am, but no one on-site until 9am.
Kenneth BLot was small, confusing, and full of junk. There was no sign to point you to the correct entrance we accidentally turned in the 1st drive and got stuck in the driveway of the trailer next door. I couldn't back out due to the junk and cars so my son and myself had to unhook the 6x12 trailer and try to maneuver/pull it by hand about 30 ft to the correct location. I will never under any correct use this location again.HORRIBLE experience and location.

LaDonna HI have dropped off from this location several times. They never come out to help. Hit and miss if office is open even during posted business hours. I have picked up from this location and they will help to hook up.

PHILLIP LCharged me for sweeping truck when the last thing I did was sweep cargo area out b4 I returned it. Had other charges that I was not expecting expected gas charge and 40 for extra day. Was not expecting a total of 147+. Gas was 52 and extra day was 40 Gave me a total of 37 miles while trip from originator to my home at 114 Green rd, 28456 then to 2874 jack richardson rd 28337, ending at Lee's Transporter was actually 49 miles. UHaul is notoriously bad at mileage allowance.

EDWARD NWhat can you do to improve for the next customer? For starters we could stick with the original contract that we signed. I was charged over $100 for one day of a daily rental. I agreed to $45 with a $75 deposit. I was charged two separate deposits. And after a bunch of emails and phone calls I'm still stuck with $120 fee for a two wheel dolly that I rented for 24 hours. I was very clear that I wanted to drop off this equipment in the town I live in. This company re-wrote a new contract and put an X for our name in the signature spot. I might be wrong but that does not seem right especially when I planned on $45 like we agreed on. This one experience will keep me from using U-Haul in the future.
Amy AI was able to obtain and use a 15-footer with loading ramp on short notice. Everything was spot-on.
RICHARD HLees was awesome and the support their was great! Uhaul customer service is terrible. I don't need to hear about how Uhual is short handed... Everyone is short handed! Uhaul made their problem my problem and that is not acceptable.

TERRY MI was told that I would be able to get 2 men to help me load the truck. Those men never came. My Wife (age 70) and I (age 67 with cancer) had to load a 20 foot truck. We only used half the truck due to exhaustion and I think I am due a refund.

BERNADETTE BWhen I picked up a removable jack stand was in place on the trailer. I was however informed that it did not go with the trailer. When I arrived at my destination return point they did not have a jack stand for the trailer and had to manually lift the trailer off my hitch. I had to keep the trailer hitches Tomy truck for the full two days of rental, this really limited my freedom of movement to take care of other business I had to do Provide jack stands on your trailers so the customer/vendor can have freedom of movement and safety lift the trailer.
ROBERTWAYNE AThe employee came outside to check me in before I had even finished gathering my things from the cab of the truck. Check-in went as quick as the tablet would allow.

Jim DOur son dropped the keys in the box before we got the truck checked in. We called the owners at home and they were SO nice and helped us get it handled. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would definitely rent from here again
