Your company did great for me. But I think you need to make your computer program more accessible for your representatives, the program would not allow him to override a computer error so he had to waste time having someone else fix the computer's mistake over the phone. And yes, it was the computer program's error, not his own: it automatically billed my card when we were getting ready for me to pay in cash, and the card did not have the full amount accessible nor does it have overdraft coverage, so it would have bounced on you the next day if we hadn't caught your program's error, and I would have been long gone still having your money, and it would have been very hard for him to contact in a reasonable amount of time. Please re-write your program to NOT allow it to automatically charge from people's cards without the representatives telling it to, and please also re-write your program to allow the representatives to easily reverse the last action taken. Laurel RChecking in a trailer OUGHT to happen on arrival. Unhitching 5x9 can b a challenge for some physically. Customer shouldn't be left alone to do so. It can be frustration when hitchs stick or malfunction and NOBODY is there to assist.

Richard Fit's rural so there is no cell service. we wouldn't have known what the wifi password was unless we called the person who was off site and wanted us to check in online instead of the original in person which I reserved for. we spent an hour trying to sign in online and get into the lock box.
Christi ZI went to pick up a 26 ft. Truck in Tacoma, When I arrived I was told they did'nt have it no one called to inform me of that or nothing! I Have 3 days to get out of my house because its sold! This location connected me to a area Manager who said I don't have any 26 ft trucks available in the state says people are stealing them all. And whats he going to about it NOTHING! Then I called Corp. and complained, He sends me Glenoma said he already to to glenoma and Truck is ready for PU. Wrong Again! I Arrive an Hour or so Later. Gentil man says he was not called and he has nothing but 15ft. trucks available, this man tried vary hard to help! Now I am so Angry, I cannot Believe a Co. U-haul is this Disorganized. While I was Talking to this man in Glenoma Some one calls him and says he is dropping off a 20 ft truck in one hr. so I had to take it, BECUASE I HAD TO!!! Had to make two trips from Spanaway Wa, to Soap Lake Wa. 3,5 Hrs one way!! You Need to Fire a Lot of People! While I was at another U-haul a couple weeks before A Women had to be out of her house that day and there was no one there to install a hitch and to bad for her she was about CRY, BUT TO BAD FOR HER!!! This was the most STRESSFUL MOVE I Ever had!!! And Never will I USE THIS CO. AGAIN!! You Know You Get One Customer angry and You usually Lose 11 More, the Word gets passed on!! Now again the people behind the counter at this location HE DID NOTHING WRONG! They tried Very hard to Help Me! This is U-haul Issue not its small Associates.

MARK PDon't Overbrook. We had to drive 3-1/2 hours (back and forth together) because the location we were promised (only 10 minutes) away did not have the truck we had reserved. We had a lot of friends ready to help us move. Some of them had to leave by the time we got back with the truck.
Gerhard WOriginally I was told there was an enclosed trailer locally so I told them I wanted it, next day it wasn't available. Nearest trailer I could get was thirty miles away but it was an open trailer. So I picked it up Monday morning only to find it was filthy, bent and rusted through in places. Once I loaded it with furniture it felt like I was pulling house.

JERALD SNot losing the customers drivers license is a start, not insisting you gave it back after the customer assures you they have double checked and do not have it, and for corporate maybe better vehicle inspections? I don't know but this was the lowest mileage truck I've driven from uhual and it had the most issues.
CHAN WIt would have been REALLY hard to find in the dark had I not been with someone who knew where to find the drop off location. No lights or signs from what I could tell. Staff super friendly though!

vicky mMy contract was originally to be with Onalaska Washington U-Haul, we had rented from them every other week for several times and were always praised and thanked by the main worker there for always returnibg the truck when we said, clean, and in tip top condition. They have a new guy, a younger fellow, he has been a little rude, I always cut him slack and have been nice to him. and someone who the main worker said was the recently deceased owner's son returned the truck dirty and we cleaned it ourselves with no complaining. I think it's the same rude young man so I always tried to cut him some slack because he's probably lost in grief. Well, he contracted with us as per usual for 1 pm or later, it was on Loggers Jubilee weekend so we told him we couldn't be sure when we arrived but it would definitely be after 1 pm. He was okay with that. Then we got a email notice that our contract was canceled at 1:19 pm, only 19 minutes after the time we said we would be arriving some unspecified time after, because we were "late". So I immediately called to reserve again, thinking it was accidental, and was informed that the error could not be corrected because he'd already sent the truck with someone else. So we contracted with the Glenoma U-Haul instead, adding 28 unnecessary extra miles plus forcing us to go right through the town the Loggers Jubilee festival was in, which wasted a lot of gas and time. The fellow at Glenoma was fantastic, very professional, and we headed past Onalaska on our way out. The truck was STILL THERE. This makes it seem highly improbable that there was any mistake at all, he'd apparently cancelled on us intentionally because he had decided to dislike us on sight the first time we met. Can't say whether it was racially/religiously motivated or not but I can say I will NEVER do business with Onalaska U-Haul again while this rude young man is on duty. EVER.

teresa bFirst your online site is hard to use and incompetent. Ihe pickup place had to redo it even after I had completed the form, except for the drivers license pics the website never would upload those. As for the equipment, the truck we were rented had no ramp and no large dollie. And last the attendant at the site was nice at pickup, however, he was argumentative when we returned the truck, said we were a 1/16 of a gallon short on gas, we weren't, and the nearest gas station is 10 miles away. The he said we hadn't cleaned the truck. It had been pouring rain and we wiped what we could but sweeping it out was impossible. It will be a cold day in He!! Before I will us Uhaul again.
