liana rosadoMy pick up location was changed due to the equipment not being available at the location I selected. I asked about the $50 guarantee and it was not honored. My experience was not that bad but due to uhaul not honoring that guarantee this will be my last time renting with this brand.

Don KingCan have huge UHaul signs at the destination so people will know where to go to checkout. I would've never thought it was at a barbershop. Other than that this was the best UHaul I've been to in a while.

Idrisse SaleI was not happy with my experience at this location. I'm grateful I got to my my dresser moved. However, the experience could have been better. They did not have the pick up truck that I booked. If I'd knew that, I would have never went to this location. They claim the person that rented it did not bring it back on time. I'm there, trying to be move my biggest item that did not fit in my car on my last day off. Give me whatever. They gave me a 15 ft n tried to charge me the amount for that size. All I needed was to move a dresser. They worked with me after explaining to them the agreement was a pick up truck, why should I be penalized for the inconvenience. Other locations on the app noted it was unavailable, so I picked the one that listed it was available. This should not have had to be explained. Then they just give me the keys to a truck saying it's outside. There's two trucks. I don't know the diff between the two trucks. I got in one that appeared smaller like I don't need anything so big. Wrong one. So it had to be the bigger one. It was common sense how to use it but still better customer service goes a long way. Then the truck barely had gas - on 1/8 line and claimed it was on almost half. Lies. I only drove 13 miles it went down one line. I don't know what gas to put, so I returned it as is. Come to find out they charged $40 for gas used. There's no way the lil gas I used was near half that amount. Also, my first contract was 89 cent a mile and they charged 99 cents due to the unavailability on their part. Not much but still not what I signed up for. Never again will I go to this location, nor recommend it.

Mostafizur RahmanI made reservations to pick up a 20ft truck and a dolly. They had me running around for 2 and half hour before I can get the truck and dolly and they also bumped the price by $150. After we went to pick it up, I don't like uhaul services. Next time I'll just go to Rosa del Monte, I never had a problem with them

Jerry LopezThe truck my sister picked up check engine light was blinking and continued to blink the entire time we had it. The truck needs to be service beyond belief. The pickup was not smooth and it took longer than it was supposed to to even get the truck. People work. The information on the card I used, not my sister, was incorrect. Do not use this location unless it is truly necessary.
