Was called 3 times to confirm change of location. Last call to confirm change also changed pick up time to 9am. Lelands was ready for me at 7am but I waited since phone call confirmation told me to do so.

Excellent experience. The salesman"Don" was very helpful in hooking the trailer up for me & disconnecting it upon my return. The trailer pulled perfectly. I will return and rent it again.

24/7 pick up was terrible but once we got it changed to in person pick up everything went smooth. I will never do the use the 24:7 pick up again

My problem wasn't with Lelands, it was with the online check in. I needed to change the amount of dollies I needed and the only way to change it was to cancel the reservation and start from scratch at the pickup location. This was very time consuming and frustrating.

I would be forthcoming upfront if the drop off does after hours or not. I had to call and wait 30 minutes for customer service, due to wait times, to reschedule a different place that did after hours drop offs. The customer service rep was awesome though and very helpful. Just good to know about if places close so if someone does want to return the truck early, they have a heads up.

I was not told i had to have the trailer back at a certain time. I thought since it was a weekend and the location was closed as long as i got it back the same day i was good. I then got a text about a very difficult return process and i had to deal with and now uhaul wants to charge me a additional day. If you have to rent from uhaul read the fine print.

I rented tow dolly one way to Lubbock,tx. and price was around 300.00 with tax. I know a person that renter same thing and one way to Odessa,tx. which is about same distance but his price was around 100.00 with tax. why is there such a difference in price for about same distance for one way rental? this was about 200.00 difference in charge. I will try another way to move a car from now on unless can change my price.

The assigned trailer wasn't in your system witch screwed up the paper work on both ends. My issues aren't with the personal at pickup or drop off. (. It's with your system. )

When I took the U-Haul I took a picture of gas gage before I left and when I returned it it was at same point and was charged and I'm going to dispute charges because I know i was over charged I will be going to the location to dispute with with the rental agent

I had selected "No Insurance" in the reservation. The clerk processed my reservation and handed me a ticket that included a charge for insurance. He didn't even ask or confirm. I'm certain part of his compensation or job review includes a factor for upcharging for insurance. I'm sick and tired of this game.

The gentleman was nice but charged 100.00 dollars to drop a 5x8 open trailer. Highway robbery if you ask me but I had no choice because of a family emergency.
