I rented an auto transport trailer and it didn't fit after I was reassured several times but a Uhaul customer service and the Uhaul location that it would fit the vehicle I was moving, and it didn't even come close. The rear tires didn't make in on the trailer.

It only got 3 stars cuz we had to wait forever and a day because the uhaul website was down. So it's not 3 stars for the location we picked up at its 3 stars for uhaul. The guy that helped us was actually very friendly and nice.

It was great until I had to back the trailer up to where I needed to unload. It just rained the gravel was loose and uphill well the brake on the trailer would go on and I couldn't back up.I spent 2 hours longer because of it and had to call my nephew from 35 miles away for help. Now to fix the problem, install a lever that you can flip when you back up to prevent the brake from applying!
