Don’t drop off your equipment and let them do it when you’ve left. Charged for another day, gas fee, etc. uhaul fixed this, but shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

No one was there at 9:00 am when we were supposed to drop off the truck. We waited for 15 minutes then dropped the keys in box and left. Hours on door said 9:00 Open.

This location is a one-person operation. There were 4 customers waiting to rent vehicles on the day I was there. If I hadn't made my reservation on-line, I would have waited a very long time to get a rental.

Very unprofessional. They need educated on customer service. Will never rent a uhaul from them again. They give uhaul a bad name.

Charged me for 2 gal of fuel...8$. I left the gas fully fueled as I received it. I have pictures to prove it. Keep the 8$, I will not go broke, but because of 8$, you lost any future business with me, and I will not recommend u-haul to anyone I know. You can improve by ridding of your shady practices.

I reserved a 20’ truck. Upon arrival I was informed that they didn’t have one so I had to take a 15’truck which caused me to make TWO trips thus adding to my mileage total and in turn increased the cost of the rental. Thanks

BILLIE WAS AWESOME! i CALLED AND SHE WORKED WITH ME TO FIND A TRUCK THAT WOULD WORK, CALLED ME WHEN IT CAME BACK TO HER STORE, AND WAITED FOR ME TO GET THERE TO RENT IT. SHE IS A DOLL, AND I THANK HER A LOT FOR THE WAY SHE WORKED WITH ME. i WOULD RENT FROM HER AGAIN IN AN INSTANT! THANK YOU BILLIE!!

Did not have the trailer I requested even though I reserved it 9 days ahead of time. This was not the fault of the lady who helped me at this location, but appeared to be a problem with the regional U-Haul people. Picked up the trailer, then got a call 4 hours later from the Indianapolis regional office asking if I was going to pick up the trailer. And they said I had two reservations, not one. Clearly there is poor communication between the locations and the regional office. Finally, the billed price was higher than quoted by about $10 but at this point I don't want to deal with U-Haul any more and won't try to get it fixed.

Didn't have the equipment when we arrived. Had to drive back the next day. Had to get a bigger truck because they still didn't have the equipment. Truck was dirty and smelled in the cab.

NEVER let the client leave without printing out their contract and receipt. That way, there are no questions. I will be filing a Better Business Complaint. I was overcharged by more than $50. Picked up on a Sunday, and unable to print out the emailed documents. Drop off location printed them out for me. She also tried to help figure out why the overcharge. Drop off person was VERY helpful, but still no call back or email from the pick up location, or the area field manager, after 2 VM messages. BEWARE, and get EVERYTHING in writing before leaving with your truck. Better yet, next time go with Budget or Penske.

On 8/4/19, we drove 40 minutes to Columbus, IN to pick up our Uhaul. We were supposed to pick up our truck at 9am. Owner did not show up until 11am. Several other customers showed up and waited as well. After multiple phone calls to the business and Uhaul, the only explanation provided was “the owner is on the way.” We were put 3 hours behind on moving, paid extra to our hired movers due to the delay, and also had to take off work an extra day to complete our move. Owner did not say hello or apologize upon arrival. Then took him 15min to find the key to the front door. Owner did indeed submit a refund for $50, however, he was very loud, rude, and negative when talking to me. Started throwing things on his desk when asked questions. Extremely unprofessional and disheartening. I will never use this facility or recommend to ANYONE I know.

Hello, I had returned it by 7 pm yesterday and had some issues with the return process on the app. I have hardly run 30 miles on the both the vans and the little extra that was over 20 miles that I had requested for put was due to the problem with the rear door on the first pick up I took. But on my receipt I am charged a $24 fee for the fuel alone which is unfair and after putting ourselves in problem by returning our first pick-up due to the problems it had with the rear door lock and all the extra time we had to spend because of the issue. I appreciate the courtesy of giving us another truck but I can assure that we didn't take advantage of it. We just had to pick some more stuff and just returned it after doing that. I had to spend the entire trip of at least 10 miles to return the pick-up and pick the second one. I remember that I was told that the price would be around $36 and this is way more than expected in spite of the trouble we had with the rear doors not locking up. My friend had to sit behind to hold the door so that it doesn't open up and to be honest this was not what I expected from U-haul on my first attempt. Regards, Sai Kamalnath Chitirala

Less stress movers helped me greatly when Uhaul fell through with my reservation. I was on the phone for over an hour because Uhaul's ride share did not work and the customer service reps on the phone could not answer, were rude, transferred me multiple times without notice and would do nothing to get the keys. Had to call the business owner to send help to her my truck. Then I was charged 3 times the amount I agreed upon.
