Mike WThe gentlemen who worked there, I've rented from before and is always so helpful, prompt and polite. Always gets me in and out as fast as possible. Zero complaints. The truck I rented had issue(s) I believe with the front end end feeling sloppy/worn out and felt unsafe to drive. This is not the location it was dropped off at, fault. They don't test drive so they wouldn't really know. I thought it was the road but traveled 30-40 miles and did not change. The truck cab also smelled like it had been smoked in. I would not rent that truck out again to anyone until the steering/front suspension is serviced. I was very limited on time due to a close relative passing and funeral was that morning. I took off work to rent truck to pick up doors for home we are building and on very limited amount of time. Otherwise, if I had known the truck was not safe to drive, I would have rented a different one

Mitchell GThe Uhaul I rented was super slow. I believe it was the left headlight that was out in the truck as well. I also did not get my quoted price. I had to pay almost 50 dollars more than what I was quoted. I have not received the difference back either. I will not rent a Uhaul again. Was not worth it for the price.

BARRY RWell I had payment issues. They charged me twice to use the U-Haul. I still haven't received half my payment back but aside from that everything was good.

Jerry eOnly problem I had was I did the online preregistration to ovoid going through any other paperwork and to avoid being in building longer than needed and to avoid being around people that may have a imaginary virus “Covid- Carona” yet I still had to go in and be asked tons of questions I had already answered during preregistration Other than that they were great people it’s just your system needs improved

Melody CThe first uhaul we picked up had issues with the steering to the point where it was difficult to keep it in the lane and then a check engine light came on while we were driving it. After we loaded everything up, we had trouble getting it to start. When it did start, it wouldn't shift gears until it was over 5000 rpms. The next morning I called the location and explained the situation and that we would like to trade it in for another one. I told them I would be there in a couple hours. When I got there, I waited my turn in line and when they asked me what I needed, I said I had called earlier and needed to get a different uhaul. The guy I spoke with was standing there and he said they were very busy and I would just have to wait. When he finally got around to taking care of me, I mentioned that I had not replaced the gas because I was afraid if I turned it off at a gas station it wouldn't start back up. He said, I would just be charged for it. The rate for that is $4,75 a gallon. I told him I didn't think I should pay a penalty because of problems with their equipment. His responsive was dismissive at best as he walked out the door. It was, "We have had this equipment for two years and never had a problem before." The implication was that somehow it was my fault. He never apologized for the inconvenience or the wait. It took us over 45 minutes to get out of there. That was time we really didn't have to spare while we were trying to move. The second truck had none of the issues that we experienced with the first so there was clearly something wrong with the first truck. Finally, in a complete disregard for public health, more than half the workers were not wearing masks. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this location.
Amy MMy experience was great. But I did want to suggest that the truck I rented have its transmission fluid check just because going from first to second was kind of rough.
