The young lady that dealt with me getting the truck, was so nice and polite very detail orientated. Made sure that I was in and out. And I just really appreciated her kindness very professional.

First time there, wasn't open even though it was suppose to be. That's ok, since there's a drop box for keys.

Absolutely terrible area to drop off the U-Haul.

Needed to use for 2hours tops! Was told all other U-Haul around were closed, and had to pay for a 15 foot truck since they didn't have a 10 foot one. Paid $136 for 2 hours, what a rip off!!

I stood in the Jackson store for 30 minutes waiting for help while no one seemed to be there I called 20+ times while at the store just for someone to come but jonine did I even shouted alittle to see if anyone would respond no one did. The uhaul was also so disappointing we couldn't even get a dolly and there some nasty cans in the uhaul that I'm pretty sure I got charged for not cleaning up overall I would of rather have paid more with Penske then have gone here with all the extra fees and horrible service.

The furniture blankets we were given were moldy and damp, with stuff growing in them. They were not wrapped in plastic.

Clean inside the truck cabin and box. Have addl equipment available. Check the drivability of the truck. Front end shakes like tires need to be balanced.

It's a convenient store. But the young lady Tiana was very helpful as she ran the store by herself as well.

The self check-in and out process is a nightmare. We took many photos of the odometer and gas gauge, and none of them would go through. We had to have a store employee check us out from her computer. The check in was not much better. The cost of not using the self check-in is absurd.

Stop your distributors from being devious and petty. Just because I didn't return the truck on time, your distributors got together and rerouted my next Uhaul pick up in the worst part of town. I won't do business in Battle Creek with any Uhaul dealership in the future.

I had to pay extra fees at every step of this process. My payment did not go through at return and pick up despite the money on my account.

There was a strong smell of Marijuana within the truck. Not something given equipment quick turn around that the location could do about it

I did mobile drop off. It was easy to park and easy to find the drop box.
