Uhaul customer service and roadside assistance is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I will do anything to never rent from Uhaul again because of how horribly my rental was handled by customer service. The location I rented from was great, but all other contact I had with Uhaul was terrible. I'd love to speak with someone further, because I nearly called police on the roadside truck driver.

Mark GThe truck was not really clean on the outside or the inside of the cab when we picked it up. We had to clean the windshield and wipe stuff down. The trucks literally sit in a car wash parking lot!

Emily LThere were safety chains that were loose when I picked up the trailer. Neither I nor the attendant noticed them. I had to stop on I25 on my way to Colorado Springs to tie them up. Otherwise the trailer was clean and squared away. I made it home in good order.

WENDY CI feel like the pricing for renting it w/ the mileage is a bit steep. I paid ~ $230 for a 120 mile trip, not including the 35 dollars worth of gas I paid for.

THEODIS FNice big parking lot with lots of entrances and exits. I used the digital self check in. The parking lot is shared and there were no "equipment return" signs. No instructions via the app about where/how to park. The Uhaul store front is not visible from where the trucks/trailers are parked, so it was difficult to find the key drop box. Next time I will just do the drop off with a person.

Steve PTexas to Colorado paid in excess of mileage, Did NOT reimburse for mileage not used. December 2022, Colorado to Texas, unused mileage WAS reimbursed! Looks as if it's a facility that picks and chooses how they do things. It absolutely doesn't seem like a uhaul policy just a pick and choose situation. I would not recommend UHAUL as it seems each location has their very own different policies. I feel excess mileage is added to increase the cost.

Gail JHorrible service. Tried to do the online no contact rental and they failed to put the key in the lock box. Was harassed by some guy when I arrived to pick up my equipment as well. I ended up having to wait for 2,5 hours to get my equipment because the office didn't open until then. I will probably never use uhaul again after this.

Christopher FWE RENT ALL THE TIME , BUT THIS WAS THE WORST. YOU OVER SOLD THE LOCATION WHEN WE GOT THERE WE HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES TO FIND OUT THERE WAS NO TRUCK. THE OWNER SAID UHAUL SHOULD HAVE EMAILED US, WHICH DIDNOT HAPPEN. w HAD TO WASTE ANOTHER HOUR GOIGN TO ANTHER FADCILITY TO GET A TRUCK. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH UHAUL, BUT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN SWITCHING TO PENSKE!
