Brett CReserved a 20ft. Wasn't available that day. Rented a 15 ft and was given a discounted miles rate. That wasn't a good a good deal since we had to make another trip. i don't believe the gas tank was completely full since it took 11 gallons to fill up going 89 milesy

Gene GThe appliance dolly that I paid $10 for was very inefficient. It is hard to get the bottom of the dolly close to the appliance. If someone lifts up on the appliance then the dolly slips off. Uhaul definitely needs better appliance dollies. We moved an oven, which should have been an easy move, but it was difficult with that dolly.
Jack DI can't overstate the extent of the positive experience we had renting from this location! The retail space is clean and well maintained. The staff; knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The equipment easily accessed and in good working order. In conjunction with the UHaul app I was able to reserve and (mostly) check-in at pick-up. The professionals at the Liberty UHaul location walked us through the rest. Highly recommend renting from this establishment!

Pamela MI stated what vehicle I was going to tow, however the tow straps wouldn't even reach half way around the tires. Having never towed a vehicle before this was disheartening and scary. Thankfully, I had heavy straps and was able to secure the vehicle properly.

Michelle GOpen the door before 8am Lubricate the doors on the trailer I rented. Latch handle was rusted and therefore not operational Have the person who signed me in get rid of her attitude. Don't forget my pads next time. Had to turn around halfway to my move destination Overall experience very poor.

Jennifer MHave yard attendant check out equipment prior to releasing. In my case I rented a transport trailer and he backed me up and hooked it up for me which was great. Well with my knowledge of trailers I did my walk around prior to departure and found one of four tires flat. This should have been caught prior to hooking up. Luckily they had another. What if this was someone who doesn't have the knowledge they would have been stranded after closing time.

Steve WVery good ppl to work with on your rental. The ladies at the counter are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. All the other workers move at a good pace, they don't leave you waiting forever. Def a good choice.

Christine JCharges for extra rental day with employees informing me that as long as the rental is returned within 24 hours I was fine to keep longer. Completely out raged about poor communication and lies being told to customers.
Micheal GI'm a big fan of U-Haul, pretty much exclusive in three moves over the past year. Concerning the trailer rental over this weekend, I might suggest that it would be helpful to provide a quick comment about the technical hook up specifically understanding that there are brake applications that interface with Truck technology would have been good . You guys are incredible! Merci.
